Terrible service and rude. I asked for a simple in and out wash. They did not vacuum the car or wipe the interior down, they only did the windows . When I challenged it they still didn’t correct the error.

Need to check your car well that they cleaned and dried it properly. My windscreen is often dirtier than when I went in because they use dirty cloths. They get an extra star though because they use a different sponge for cleaning the wheels.

Rushed cleaning. Paid for a “Super Deluxe” service costing £15 and still had sand in my car, still has stains on the seats that could have easily come off and dirt on the exterior. Before leaving i pointed something out which they proceeded to clean and thinking that was it, after driving off and once parked I later noticed all of this. Wont be going again.

Wont be taking our car there again. I understand they can be busy sometimes but there is no care and attention whatsoever whilst cleaning the car. We paid £20 and the car was still dripping wet and hadn't been hoovered properly. Never again

Had a bad first time experience at this carwash. Was one of their first customers in the morning. Took my Merc Vito and was very awfully washed. Seats had still spray on it not cleaned thorough. The cleaning was rushed and these guys kept on looking at me to get my approval or something. The vacuuming was done badly, still had spots with dirt. Detailing not good. Sorry never again, they waste my time i wont waste theirs next time. Good luck Acton Hand Car Wash i wish the best for you.

Took my car there to get washed as was desp for a carwash since lockdown. First car, first time there and they scratched my car most likely with a old cloth and smudged all the sides, you can see big smudge marks so i still have to finish off myself

For a hand car wash it is not a premium service but what do you expect for £6 regular size car and £8 for larger. They do an ok job, nothing exiting nothing special. I think I would recommend them and I'll use them again when driving past. It's much better to than cleaning yourself as they dry it. I gave it 5 star as per expectations

Very bad service. One the staff jumped in my car and drove forward without closing the doors and almost hit the bricks !! They did not clean the boot at all. I was happy to pay few squids more but to have a more professional service.

Very poor service. Unfriendly staff. 5 guys couldn't clean my van properly, probably they weren't interested as they only spent 3 minutes in total. Dirt on my windshield was smeared all over and I had to ask them to get back and clean oil spots on my side door. Wouldn't recommend this place.

they didnt really clean my car properly. spent less than 5 mins on it this included the outside and inside. They werent bothered as i tried to complain about the inside being dirty still as they didnt hoover properly he ignored me and said this is all they can do. the customer service was very bad.
