I hate to leave a negative review but businesses should take the consequences of poor service.
I would like to start with that my van was extremely dirty (that’s why I give them 2 starts not 1) but I think this does not give them an excuse.
I did told them in advance that the van is dirty and offered extra money on top of the asked price. They asked for £25, I said I will give you £30.00.
Came back, picket up my keys as they were very busy and my van was still dirty in places.

They wash the outside really well but the inside isn’t as good as they miss couple spots where there is dust etc however for the price you pay its great, great service and friendly people!

I watched them today and they're actually are worth a review. Busy, fast, expert (they once used a bottle of solvent to remove some stubborn tree sap that I couldn't get rid of) and professional (they will will autonomously go back and cover a bit they missed). They have become our choice of habit.

Do not go, they charged me for an incomplete job and had the audacity to charge me £3 for parking because I came back after 45mins and would not give me my key unless I paid the £3!!

The worst car wash in london. Not only charged me £20 to wash, but when I asked that is not clean they tell me to go somewhere else. Not the way to talk to customers who pay. I will speak to the local Government about this as I see it as rip-off

I really liked to go here for the second time good value for money BUT today I went here for a car wash and again great value for money but when they were drying the back window the work damaged my back windscreen wiper and I didn’t say anything and let them tried to put back on then the man in charge called me over and explained that It was broken
So I was expecting him to tell me something so he said that I need to go and get a new one
So I said today’s wash is it for free.... he went really annoyed and upset AND told TO NEVER COMEBACK !!!!!!!????????
A new rear wiper Just cost me £8 +VAT
I will certainly follow he’s instructions
And MAYBE next time apologise would go a long way as I was willing to pay £5 for their work and leave it at that

They're fast, friendly and efficient. I am a dog walker and my van smells great inside after the wash. I buy 5 washes so I get one of them for free and it's cheaper overall. Definetely good price and quality.

Very good car wash. For the prices they charge they do a very good job. Of course if you want brilliant ( which they can ) there is a cost to it. I suggest specify what you want and they will give you the appropriate price and you won’t be disappointed.

Very good for the price and speed of the service. Not completely smudge free at the end but they did a better job in under 20 minutes than I could have done in an hour. Plus they cleaned the interior windows, carpets, sils and plastic interior trim for £15. If you don't go expecting luxury valet quality at budget prices you should be satisfied.
