Expensive and you don't feel well treated. I went there to wash my car, with inside and out for a whopping £15. The job wasn't particularly well done, not good service, not friendly and it felt like they were simply trying to get my money with the minimum effort. There were large spots missed, both inside and outside of the car, see the pics. I don't intend to come back here anytime soon, there are much better and cheaper options that I would recommend! All the pictures are of my car after the wash, showing the disappointing quality.

I paid £21 for a 7 seater car. I've never been anywhere that did such a terrible job.
They didn't bother vacuuming under or between any of the seats or door compartments or around the gear stick. They also didn't bother with the flaps behind back seats in the boot, despite me leaving one open so they would see it.
I had one loose item in the car which was thrown out the car with ridiculous force & complete disregard for other people's property.
The outside wasn't cleaned properly either & left with water marks and the hubcaps are still black. The plastic bar along the bottom of the car had also been knocked off.
On top of this, they were overly aggressive, forceful and incredibly unpleasant to deal with making me feel unable to go back and request they redo the car.
If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Very poor service. The car has not been washed properly, the stains after washing are visible. Smudged windows. You have to ask to wipe the door sills and polish the tires. Waste of money I do not recommend.

This place gets quite busy but (as The Who sang) don’t be fooled again!
It is located in a prime catchment area (adjacent to Hampstead Garden Suburb, in Temple Fortune) of cash rich and time poor customers. There are also a fair number of private hire vehicles looking for a quick wash and go.
So these people aren’t that picky.
Reasons:
Firstly - they are without an ounce of charm.
Second - the work is quite shoddy, water marks left on cars and done is a rush.
Thirdly - it is not the cheapest - £8 is more than other places
Go elsewhere!

The worst and most expensive car wash I have ever had. Rude staff, paid £16 for a small car. It took all of 5 minutes with a quick pressure wash and hoover. Missed so many spots and asked them to do round the seals for them to say next time ask at the beginning. Absolute joke of a business! Do not use them!

I think it is fair to describe this place as a rip-off. I paid £27 for an interior and exterior valet and they did nothing different to a (very) basic and pretty swift clean. The car had plenty of marks on it afterwards, all of the wheels were not cleaned properly and the car mats were still dirty. The chap who runs the place is constantly hurrying his staff along so it is no surprise that the quality of the end-result is rushed and entirely unsatisfactory. Avoid!

£15 for a basic inside outside cleaning.very poor quality and the job not done properly.water stains everywhere in the car as they don't wipe properly.and the car was dirty inside as well.i will definately not return there and i will not recommend to any of my friends to go.what a joke for a car wash.

Had the £7 wash which is more than the average for an outside wash. The guys there were busy and cars were rushed through. Sponges were not rinsed or changed when doing wheels and body work. Car was dried briefly.
I parked the car to check it and they didn't even manage to clean off some bird poop
And missed a bit on the lower part of the car

Too expensive for my taste ! In specially because there is another car wash 5-10 minutes away cheaper and better service. On the other car wash they also do the wax at the end , included in price .

Wow that was rubbish! £15 and they took 5mins, sponge and hoover. I just had to spend an hour redoing the entire car. All the sills were dirty, inside was barely touched.
The people there don't want to work and certaintly don't take any pride in making your car look nice. Wheels were terrible.
Use a automatic car wash so much better and hover yourself if you can!

Terrible experience with one of the staff members who swore at me in his native language. After reporting the incident to the manager, he laughed it off saying that he was speaking to his colleagues and not to me, which is simply an easy get out of it answer without addressing the issue. Other than that, the cleaning which is expensive was not done thoroughly (and I expected at least a half decent job as it was very quiet while I was there) leaving stains by the cup holders and dirty mirrors. I advise anyone that is looking for a good car wash not to go there.

These guys want high end prices for spraying a bit of water on your car and gently going over your interior with a hoover. A completely rushed job and when I mentioned it to the person in charge he said that he doesnt care that the job wasnt done properly and that he doesnt want to spend any more time on my car. I was shocked. Avoid them at all costs.

They did not wash the car-mat just sprayed it and cleaned it with cloth. Some parts of the car were not cleaned ,I was shocked for £15 service.They ignored me when I asked for cleaning it properly.It is in and out service.Not friendly ,did not treat me well,very expensive and bad service.I Will never use it again.
