All the staff Aroura,Lisa jade her sister and all the staff have been very polite and professional always ready to explain if im in a bit of a muddle if i have a few items in at once.

Sydenham store, refusing to provide Western Unions receiving services regardless of all documents presented, claiming sender and receiver cannot have the same name regardless if they are two different people. After presenting an ID to present a middle name as they requested they replied the middle name has to be on the front side of the ID rather than the back (where it was printed by a foreign government). After contacting Western Union help line the company clarified all required to receive your money was a valid ID and the transaction code, which was provided. Smells like xenophobia. Bad service.
