I thoroughly recommend the Lewisham Branch of Cash Converters. It is not the nearest to me, but it is easily my first choice, of several that I have used over the years. Why? Because they give first rate customer service, in person, over the phone and.... last but not least.... by email. Always a pleasure. They offer a personal, sympathetic and flexible service in my experience. That is why I go back to them. I am very glad they are there! I feel that I can rely upon them when I need to. Thank you to the Management and Staff!

I was there today to buy a phone. After choosing and paying for the phone i had to wait for over an hour because they have encountered some problems with the device. I was waiting in the shop while they were trying to fix the problem. The phone didn't work with any network even though on the label it was written O2. At the end they have tried to sell me different, more expensive phones that didn't meet my expectations. After i asked for refund they mentioned that the money will be back on my account on the next day, what forced me to leave the shopping for the phone for the next time as i didn't had enough cash on the account for two phones. Customer service is way below the standards. I will never make any shopping there again and i will make sure that all of my friends will hear of this incident. To conclude, they have keep me in the shop for over an hour to sell me not working phone and to take my money from me for a day or two... Worst shop Ever.

The person who served me was nice and helpful. The only problem I have with cash converters is if you buying back something you loaned to them on buy back, you have to bring cash as you can't do it by card, unless it's an item in-store. Very annoying. Especially if it's it the hundreds.

Bought two games from them today. They did not put the discs in the cases, I only realised when I got home. Awful service throughout, they were only interested in taking my money and getting me out. Shambles.

Is a shame I can't give 0 star ... Do NOT buy online from this shop, it is waste of time. You pay for the item and instead of them posting it, the next customer who comes thrue the door they sell the item. And then they refund the money to you. I have been done twice in a week. It is not right. Very bad. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
