I recently attended a conference with buffet lunch the seating arrangements for lunch were crampt and not enough tables. Perching chilli on your knee is no easy task. The food was lovely

Good sized conference room with guides to show you to the breakout rooms. Flat rooms were some distance from the plenary which needs factoring into the programme design.
