Complaint handling very poor.
We are leaving Croners because they produce documents that have too many mistakes. We urge anyone using them to carefully read what Croners have produced for them; we found errors and suspect you will as well.

Extremely poor service from account manager. The support team are dismissive, stating at one point "we don't even know about that product" that we are paying licence fee and support for. Billing is a mess and also unresponsive to queries unless they want something.

I was a guest visiting and it seems all i heard from managers was shouting at staff and telling people to stand up whilst on the phone. Seems a bit odd from a HR and health and safety point.
