I signed a contract and like all others here then found it was for 5 years . I had no service from them and they issued court proceedings. I fought back and they eventually backed off and discontinued the court hearing. They wanted £7000 originally, then offered me a reduction to £3500, which I refused and told them to still take me to court. BULLIES. But I fought and won.

Croner provide a very robust Health and Safety service with audits and any help that you would like with their findings. They also have a very good employment law advice line. As a Care Home Manager, i struggle with stretching myself to all areas of the business and it is nice to know that i can rely on Croner for fast and effective advice and assistance whenever i need it.

Good with advice, have everything required. Sometimes have a delay with responses, and you have to be back and forth with some processes which is a bit frustrating. But when they get back to you the advice is good.
I would trust these to help you out though, they are also nice to their customers and I am yet to experience anyone being rude over the phone or in person.

Stay away from this company... I was scaremongered into signing a contract for 5 years with these people, for which I need nothing from. A waste of money from day 1. Tried to cancel the contract and I was told no, they would take me to court. Small buisinesses just need to join the FSB. They deliver the same, but 95% cheaper.... Please stay away!

We recently had a Health and Safety inspection carried out by Sharon Gosling (Health and Safety Consultant).
We were very pleased with how the inspection was conducted. After introductions the consultant took time to explain how the day would be planned and the documentation that she would need to look at. She was very thorough in her tour of the nursery checking to ensure that the procedures we already had in place met the required Health and Safety standards. She fully explained her findings and recommendations answering any questions we had throughout the day.

Company is a joke, Very high turnover of staff so you never build up a relationship with anyone. As you can tell from the owners response they don't take complaints very seriously, it's easy to take compliments, it's how you deal with complaints that reveals what a company is really like.

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. Croner have refused to help with my business concerns and continue to charge me an extortionate fee. They ignore the issues that are impacting my business and do not provide actual support. They push back solutions onto the business owner rather than fulfilling the supposed 'expert' professional responsibilities. I have tried to discuss my concerns for months only to be passed from person to person. Please save yourself the distress and avoid this irresponsible service provider, they waste more than your money they also waste your time!

As our company is growing, our requirements to establish ourselves as a professional business meant besides becoming ISO compliant, we also needed to put in place proper HR & H&S procedures which in turn, helps with tender processes.
We got in touch with Croner and from the first meeting with Donna Dibben, I had absolute confidence we had chose the right company. Futhermore, as soon as we signed up, we have numerous phone / in person meetings with HR and H&S to help us become compliant.
To a small company, the whole process has been made massively easy to understand and implement.
I cannot recommend Croner enough for everything they have put in place for us and I am grateful of their speedy response to all aspects our our business they provide.
