The IT Partnership

After my IT Manager left over 5 years ago I turned to IT Partnership in Cheam and was initially concerned as to how I was going to unravel the complex system we had created organically over 7 years. Luckily Alex, Mike and the team were on hand to help and I have used them since for all things Microsoft as well as re cabling an they even helped with getting a new branch up and running in a location that had no phones, internet etc. I cannot recommend highly enough and would say to any one negotiating the minefield of IT and Phone providers if you want great service, and also a professional and transparent approach from a company that looks at long term business partnerships then give these guys a call.

I've been a customer of The IT Partnership since it was established and I can honestly say they are a fantastic, totally customer-focussed company. Their attention to detail, their expert knowledge, their priorities - always on the customer and the customer's needs - make them an organisation I can totally rely on for my IT requirements. Always exceeding my expectations in delivering a top class service, they also happen to be a great bunch of people: reliable, friendly, very accessible and highly professional and efficient. We couldn't function as well as we do in our office if we didn't have the support of the superb team at ITP. They're always there when we need them!

If I could give Alex and his great team 6 stars I would. They are always receptive, friendly and never say no it can't be done. Great support for any businesses or anyone in business. They also appreciate the difficulty that you are in, since you ususally only contact them in a crisis.
