Contacted 365 to enquire about a cash advance for my business, firstly their claim of a quick turnaround is untrue, it took from Nov 12th until Dec 3rd to get an offer, now for the actual offer you'd be better off speaking to a loan shark they offered £20,000 but they wanted it paying back within 11 months plus £5000 worth of interest, they also wanted a personal guarantee so that i was personally responsible for the loan which basically might as well be a personal loan.
When i pointed out that I could just go and get a personal loan for £20,000 over 5 years only paying back £1,500 worth of interest from a high street lender they did not like it, they have no interest in investing in your business to help it grow, we explained the strategy and what the money was going to be used for and that to expect it to be paid back in 11 months plus £5000 worth of interest was a bad deal and unreasonable.
They were not interested in how the money was going to be used to benefit the business, to be used carefully and safely to take the business onto the next level which would quite obviously take longer than 11 months, they simply wanted a quick smash and grab and to earn £5000 off an 11 month loan, you'd get better rates with a payday lender.
Instead of choosing to negotiate with us over the terms the person who i was dealing with Nathan Stewart simply chose to stop responding to emails, I called into the office twice to speak to him to be told surprise surprise hes not at his desk and the promised callback never came.
Shocking service and a shocking way to end over a months worth of back and forth communications they have completely wasted our time, I would strongly advise you to contact a legitimate lender who will be able to offer you money at a good rate under terms that are fair.

COLD CALL SCAM from an India call centre, RUN while you still can!!! They will ask your bank account details and a “deposit” you have to pay to them on order to secure your loan. You can tell it’s a scam also as they need to perform no checks, see no business plan, but they can wire you the money in a couple of hours, after you pay their “security deposit”. Real finance companies do not have that for Unsecured loans. A friend of mine got a cold call from them from a man with a strong accent. At least it was entertaining to watch them attempt to make you Offers and limited time deals and play the once in a lifetime opportunity card just to take your money and trick honest people, because be sure you will never hear from them again! BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS TO! Go to a trusted bank or use GOV. Uk info on funding, they have links to some reputable companies. Also, sometimes they like to use a different name for their business while on the phone, but if you go to their website and then you get a call from a random company offering you a business loan, it’s probably a SCAM! Avoid!

I applied for £40k to refurbish and add an extention to my restuarant. Got accepted, they gave £25k 1st and rest after 4weeks as they said. It has been 3 month but no sign of rest of the funds.
Ended up geting a loan from bank to finish my project.
Will not use again in future.
