We pitched up to find a very secure compound in front of the building. However, after speaking to an employee, we were allowed access for a brief tour of the workshop. That was much appreciated and indicative of the exemplary attitude we always experience at H.R. Owen.

Great customer service

Had a business appointment with the dealership at this address. Had a bit of a wait, but overall I received a good customer service.

Having purchased 9 Ferrari's and had all of these serviced in the past by HR Owen, my most recent service experience has been dreadful. The list of recommended additional items to attend to has amounted to several £1000's with multiple conflicting reasons for the 'need to replace' having been given. Recommended service interval replacements by Ferrari are seemingly not included in the service so that additional costs are being requested for items that are considered by Ferrari to be normal service interval items. This doesn't just include the price of fluids, which is perhaps more normal, but the cost to replace the fluids that include all hydraulic fluids and all oils including gearbox and differentials. This is many hundreds of pounds of work. The car is permanently garaged in a locked and dehumidified environment and I have been asked to replace air conditioning fluid, wiper blades and even the batteries on my alarm key fobs for which HR Owen wanted £40 for batteries that cost less than £1 each and take less than 5 minutes to replace!! After approaching nearly two decades of business with HR Owen this experience has left me reeling at both the poor service attitude and the cost which feels more like racketeering than servicing. This has been an awful experience. The car was delivered on the service booked date, which was over one month later than requested, and then they kept the car and delayed the service by nearly one further month due to the lack of availability of service technicians. This has then been followed by almost constant arguing and 10's of email trying justifying why I need to agree to more work whilst at the same time I am being treated like a child who knows nothing.

First Ferrari I've owned, George Georgiou at service has given me confidence in using them again. Always tried doing his best on the price and recommendations. Although I would rather only see these guys once a year, its part and parcel with owing a Ferrari! Would only trust a handful of garages, and this is one of them. excellent service AAA . owning a ferrari is just a small step having the correct team to maintain and service her needs is a must and in 3 years they have never let me down. the name hr owen is renowned and you recieve the first class treatment from the service team and managers that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. the technicians that work tirelessly and have great passion and love for the vehicles and have extreme pride in every aspect and detail of the work they undertake. secure, trustworthy and always kept informed on service and repair progress. if its a older girl in need of much rarer parts then rest assured the parts man that you rarely see will leave no stone unturned in search for the correct orginal part. yes you might think they are slightly pricey but tbh the prices are fair and in line with most independant specialist and for peace of mind knowing your ladys well cared for its worth it. also not forgetting Sarah on the front desk always so polite friendly and a joy to talk too. THANKYOU EVERYONE
