Nice friendly knowledgeable service and parts personnel. If you have a Bentley, RR or Maserati it's the best place to take your vehicle to. Located not far from Western Ave. Visit the parts department they always have quite a few trinkets to take away after your visit. The workshops are amazing as are the vehicles therein. Ask for a peek

I have been using HR Owen service centre for the past 4 years. Initially with Audi and now Maserati. I have to save the customer service is the best I have found in the car industry. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris Ford and his efficient team. I would not hesitate in recommending HR Owen to service you car.

Purchased a used car for £54k just 1 year on and after having body work re done as it was not correctly repaired costing an additional £2k which was my choice elsewhere, I then looked at swapping with hr Owen for a newer model. Apart from unprecedented new phone calls looking great they offered me..... £37k a total loss of £19k. When I originally purchased I said I would change in a year and asked what I would lose , loss of £5k I was told!!!! I change my car every year it has only done 3k mikes in just a year. Cars lose money agreed however I was also Offered £46 from imperials and £44 from Lancaster . Wait for it .... HR OWEN said it’s because of Brexit . How about F off and your trying to rip me off. H R OWEN = RIP OFF , no pulling my pants down !!! I would rather set the car on fire than take that . I’m not upset by this one bit as you can tell. ;-)

Told my Maserati clutch was 72% worn - when I questioned it and on re test it proved only 42% worn. Other expensive items identified also proved to be unnecessary. I have lost total trust after years of being a loyal customer - Disgraceful

If you are considering buying a maserati and you live in London please think very carefully about it because I can guarantee that you will have problems with this company that services and does Maserati warranty work. They will tell you work has been carried out when it hadn’t and if you persist in asking them what had been done then the answer changes to they did not find the problem, very bizarre. So You’re likely to have your car in multiple times for a problem never to be fixed. They will never return your calls. They make owning a maserati such an unpleasant experience to the point that you’ll rather put up with annoying issues with the car rather than calling them. It’s a very frustrating position to be in. I think if Maserati want people to buy their cars in London they need to sort out their services.
