Today pop in for some medication and the lady there asked me if I had a mask, I had my shirt over my mouth/nose, I lost my mask on the way there. She told me that I needed a mask and I could buy one for £1, she's wearing a face shield. I said the government guidelines is a face covering not mask and she's wearing a face shield (that's not a mask), there's another lady working there amazing customer skills, some people may need a bit more training and understanding what's a face covering and what's not. From now on I rather walk a bit more and go to another pharmacy. No more GP prescriptions to be sent there for me.

Closing time is 6pm and they never answer the phone after 5pm.

Absolutely disgraceful place! Don’t ever get a job here or let your family the owner is so rude!!!!!!!!!!!! He shouldn’t be allowed to run a company at all

Been to this surgery and pharmacy since birth and they are such lovely staff, really welcoming and friendly, always make you feel at ease

Just a quick thank you, after being messed around by our regular Lloyds pharmacy, we finally received an efficient and professional service at this pharmacy on Gordon Avenue. I hope it's okay to mention staff names on here but Dally was particularly helpful and left us smiling.

Called at 9am as I was out of an item and told it was on the van for delivery that day. Called again at 14.30 to be told now not being delivered as Dr had added items which I understand but surly a call to inform me was not too difficult had I not have called I and got a taxi to pick up the needed items l would have to wait a further 24 hours at least very bad customer service.

Was lied to three days in a row, and then had to pick up the prescription after phoning them yet again.....The order was for an elderly 87 year old that was unable to get out of her home. She has COPD and chronic Asthma and has had asthma attacks in the past - why would a pharmacy with a duty of care lie about the order when this could potentially lead to her death, be honest !
