Iv had same problems I applied over a year ago before the covid 19. I sent the info and was asked to pay £4.99 which I did then got the I need to send prove of employment I sent wage slips and that wasn't good enough. Eventually I got a email saying my account has been approved but no card has been recieved now iv been asked to buy the card at another £4.99. Iv email about 20-30 times and never get a reply. So Iv paid over a year ago but no card. So iv not been able to use any benifits from this company who is supposed to help front line and key workers.

happily take my money months ago, yet to speak to an actual person, 6 tickets created, 5 awaiting response from a staff member, all automated responses so far - ID rejected 6 times. Even gone as far to supply NHS number but again, no actual person has responded. Incredibly disappointed doesn't come close to how I feel. No phone number listed anywhere, impossible to speak to anyone as their customer support is lackluster at best.

Nightmare. Will not accept my ID, tried at least 10 times, I have emailed countless times, and no one ever answers. Thoroughly disappointed, oh and took my money. Been trying to resolve for 8 months!!

Absolute shambles took my money for card and now will not accept my identification. I have sent my picture ID card, payslip and last payslip 2 or 3 times each and still get emails saying that is not enough and to send something I have sent already. No response from tickets so I have given up and asked for a refund

Fradulant company. They have taken the fee and not.given the card and do not.reply to messages. It may only be a fiver for.me but it does make.me wonder how many other this has happened too. Shame.on you Blue Light!

Despite taking my money and uploading the ID required, my application still keeps getting declined. I have emailed you twice and received no reply from my emails so please don't respond with asking me to email as clearly your company do not respond! but reading so many negative reviews you quickly take money of many people and do not provide us with the card applied for!! Many of my colleagues with the same role have successfully applied for the BLC using the same ID as i have sent and have received their card. I am so disappointed in this service, clearly your company pick and chose who has cards and who don't, not professional.

So it looks like I'm in the same situation as everyone else at the moment. I paid downloaded the app to be able to get discount for being a key worker, went through the set up process and then received an email a couple of days later to sav they couldn't proceed as the information I provided wasn't enough although I don't have anything like what they were requesting. I uploaded my payslip again and havent heard anything back since in over a month and my account has been charged. Can someone get back to me ASAP before I report this site?

Despite my providing the same proofs (and MORE) as my other work colleagues who have all received the Bluelight Card my application has been refused. I now intend to write directly to the CEO Tom Dalby and enclose all copies of my proofs alongside a formal complaint directed at the person who made the refusal decision.

Complete Scam and horrendous service! Money was taken out of my account instantly and received an email to request more information. The email address doesn't accept responses which is strange as how do they then match the information to an application! The website contact form, no matter what, rejects the contact form as spam and the app login doesn't work at all! How do you operate?! I'm surprised that trading standards aren't involved yet, but im sure they will be soon!

Great for saving on holiday even though you get better discount codes using voucher as a keyword in Google, attempted to use it in the following venues, spar Co cp B&m B&q Premier The cafe in tesco Medicare supplies also refused a shop designed for those who need it, pharmacy also refused. Doubting if this card is actually legitimate, I asked an NHS staff if they use it and practically all of them said not with the plastic its printed on as they don't use it.

Unfortunately, I am now echoing earlier negative reviews about this company. Having sent all my information to them in early June. They instantly debited £4.99. As of 15th July, over a month later. Still no card and no responses to my emails. They have no contact phone number on their website, not even one on Companies House website. Bounce backs from marketing@bluelight.co.uk and rich@bluelightcard.co.uk As they are making no attempt to resolve my issue, it sounds like a scam and I can see that like other people I have been had.

SCAM! I am social care support worker. I uploaded my local authority ID, which was not accepted. Then uploaded a payslip and job role. Still not been accepted. They are quick to take £4.99, but are not responsive to any of my emails. The most frustrating thing is you cannot talk to anyone to discuss your application. I have sent over 10+ emails asking for help and my money back, and all you get is computer generated response. Unacceptable. I will be feeding back to my team and discouraging them from signing up!.

Used BLC for years however my email address which I use for my force is now not recognised through the app. It says its invalid which clearly it isn't as its a police email. Emailed twice had no response. There's no phone number to contact. Shocking.

I was asked to provide proof of my job by way of a pay statement. I covered over all the private info such as NI number and how much I get paid etc. My application was denied but they still took my money. I’ve not been able to get hold of anyone...surely that constitutes fraud?

Was accepted and had confirmation that I was eligable. Just needed to the. Pay for my card which I did. I was then emailed to confirm card would be sent out in 5 to 7 working days. Two weeks later no card. Hard to get through for assistance. Had an email back after a month of waiting to say I hadnt sent enough ID to validate the application but I sent proof of employment and job role plus driving license for ID and a pictured employee badge with job role, my ID and company ID. Total waste of time. As with others reviews company are useless and a scam Please don't waste your time

Could not login ,its say either password or email not recognised, so I changed password because I knew my email address was correct . It still would not let me login. I tried to contact BLC and have not received any reply . I then re-registered under a different email address and new password , I paid for the membership and tried to login and guess what, it will not let me login .So I fired another email to BLC and i am still waiting for a reply.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Took my money, declined my payslip and further documents repeatedly, despite them being EXACTLY the same as my colleague and hers was approved and sent! No responses to now 4 tickets/emails raised with them online - despite the first being 3 MONTHS OLD now! Automated responses keep saying the same things and cannot speak to anybody! Luckily Trading Standards work in my building so since finding out today that my team member has had hers sent I am now reporting them and they are taking it on for me! The clear inconsistent decision making is most unfair, taking my money, not responding for months is absolutely disgusting!!!

Paid for the admin cost of the card, submitted the ID they requested several times in different forms and all have been rejected, multiple emails to contact@bluelightcard.co.uk and i get generic auto-generated responses. So overall, poor service with a lack of communication and no clear way of resolving this issue. Frustratingly my colleague who has the same job has been accepted for the card!! So a lack of consistency can be added to the list.

I've had exactly the same experience as the reviews below. I'm at the end of my tether with this organisation. I have worked on the frontline during COVID-19 in community pharmacy. I applied for my card back in March after hearing pharmacy was finally being recognised as a service eligible for the card The payment taken and no card and no access to my account. I have sent in excess of 10 emails with no reply. I'm going to report to trading standards as this is completely unacceptable.

This is a absolute scam! Me and my work friend both applied for the card at the same time. Only difference on the application was I wanted it posted to my home address instead of work. For that reason, my application was declined. I then provided my work address by email and updated it on my account and then was told I needed to send proof of where I work such as a wage slip/ photo ID. Funnily enough at this point my work friend had received hers with no problem and was never asked to send any form of ID. Once I had emailed through my ID, I was told it was invalid. How disgusting of questioning me regarding my work address, then saying I have provided insufficient identification and my work colleague was never questioned in regards to anything and has received hers and using it with no problem. When I have tried to complain regarding this via email, I am getting no response. What an absolute joke and there is no contact number too!! What a coincidence! It was fast of you to take the money out of my account but then responding to my emails you take days and maybe even weeks!!!

This feels like a scam, if work colleagues had not used this scheme I would be convinced this is not a valid scheme. I have paid for the card, but could not upload my valid Id, it keeps saying file size too large, I paid for the card and received an email, to my NHS email, saying my card would be sent to me, now if I try to access the site offers it tells me I don't have a valid card, I have submitted a photo of my work Id,my home address, my work address, all from my NHS email, I have raised numerous support tickets to receive no reply, and the scheme is uncontactable on the phone. My job definitely qualifies for the blue light card scheme, but I'm just being completely ignored. It's quite disgraceful at this juncture, at least two weeks of emails and tickets I've raised, all ignored.

I left the fire service 20 years ago due to a knee injury and I no longer had any paperwork all I had was a photograph of me In uniform when we got our new fire appliance. I gave them my service number and station number I didn’t have this problem 5 years ago when I joined my father has got ex armed forces card and all they requested was his service number I am very disappointed in the new set up not everyone keeps things from 20 years ago

Having a Blue Light Card has been a huge benefit in the past especially when buying clothing and items from Go Outdoors. However.......Im getting the right arse now as I have submitted a ticket several times in reference to renewing my card and had no response. I have submitted the correct ID (Payslip/P60) with work address on etc, but this isnt correct apparently. I have asked for clarification but still had no response.

I can honestly say it’s the best £5 I’ve ever spent getting my card of which I have two a military card plus the blue light as I’ve qualified for both cards . Since getting my cards I’ve had two new cars with savings of £5000 and £3500 respectively not to forget hotels eateries . I’ve just bought an enamel blue light badge to help promote the cards . So don’t delay get one today .
