If you have a Mazda Bongo, I believe Gibbs Auto services is the best place to go to in Coventry. Mike is calm and no waffle type of mechanic. Very competitive prices. Contactless payment. Excellent adherence to social distancing and disinfecting surfaces pre and post work completed. I would highly recommend.

I've been going to Gibbs for 2 years now. Always reliable and truthful service, with great prices and quality parts, without fail (genuinely none of it has stopped working).
I recently picked up a failed MOT from a cheap alternative, but I was given a clean pass by Gibbs with data to back it up.
Mike genuinely takes pride in his service and business, and that's the kind of enterprise I want to support.

Was looking for some honest services. One of my colleagues suggested GIBBS. Tried it the first time and never went anywhere else for any repair / service. Very kind and genuine people. Can be trusted absolutely. The man will suggest all the DOs (needed repairs) and DONTs (repairs needed but not critical), when you give it for full service as well. Decent charges for the perfect work.

I don't know if they will read it, but they are very reliable and friendly. I know nothing about a car and am a foreigner with a little bit of language barrier, but Mike explained the problem on my Honda Jazz gearbox kindly and resolved it for a very reasonable price. Didn't recommend to fix anything which was not urgent and gave me time to think about it.

Went to this garage last year and there was nearly a disaster! He left a wheel hub nut undone and a new knuckle he put on was also loose. Never use him again. Also he charged me for sorting a back brake problem which he bodged and I had to get it done elsewhere, been fine ever since.
