Had a great experience, all the staff were very helpful. I'm a very awkward customer (so indecisive!!) But they had no problem with me looking and testing a couple different makes.

The guys here are really friendly and helpful, went right out of their way to make sure the car was perfect and didn't have any issues. I've owned the car for over a week now and it's been faultless.
It would be 5/5 except the ad was mis-advertising the performance of the car. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but when I brought this up to them they didn't want to take the blame and put it down to the automatic reg system, even though it's their job to proof read. I was compensated for the differences and kept the car anyway.

Despicable customer service from this rude manager......giving the car sales a bad name.
Having reserved a car and coming from a distance to look, wasn’t prepared to allow me to test drive several cars I wanted to, with one not having been able to start.
Told me he could charge whatever he wanted for a car after he’s put on mot, service and work for car I reserved, when asking if could move on price, stated that no he wouldn’t.....fair enough but to then state he would and has put price up since.....then just plain rude and unprofessional, undermining other staff in front of me. Clearly expected me just to rake car away then dug his heels in and lost any sale or any confidence in a manager that treats his customers and staff despicibally...
Avoid at all costs....

AMJ cars appear to be very professional, but also friendly. They hsve a good range of vehicles, reasonably priced and genarally with low mileage.
Sales staff seem knowledgeable and keen to meet individual requirements.
