Unfriendly staff. They even don't know what matches with socket and sell it. When you go for refund they will say do you have hanging thing if not then we can't do it. This is worst thing I have ever heard. While trying to connect socket to handel it doesn't match. To connect I need to remove the tag. Now they say without tag it cant be returned. Is this some kind of joke. If you dont know what you are selling then stop working

Great customer service !! I went in today because I needed to buff my car and clean the headlights because they were foggy and get a couple of other bits and pieces.
The guy who helped me had a huge knoledge of all of his products, he didn’t try to up sell anything to me he actually told me that the cheaper products are as good if not better. He told me how to use each product properly and was a massive help! Definatly recommend going to these guys there not after your money they genuinely want to help you out and give you the best bang for your buck ????????

The store could probably do with some merchandising, the layout was disjointed and hard to find exactly what I wanted. However, the staff were on it, and knew where to find what we were after.

Car battery almost flat, staff member Leroy came out to car to assess situation, noticed that wrong size battery had been originally fitted, he hooked me up with correct battery and even installed it. Fantastic service.
