Mark has been our financial adviser for some years and has always made himself available to give advice when needed.
We’ve had some particularly long review meetings to go through numerous aspects of our financial affairs and have always found Mark to be approachable, knowledgeable and patient. It’s great to call upon Mark’s many years’ experience which we can count on for raising pertinent points and to help us reach pragmatic decisions.
During the Covid restrictions we’ve tackled some heavy subjects with Mark via telephone and zoom calls. Without the benefit of face-to-face meetings this was difficult but Mark was committed to talking us through financial decision making and doing his best to cut through complexity, despite the challenging circumstances.

If you are looking for an experienced, reliable and knowledgeable Financial Adviser, then I would recommend Paul Waites DipPFS of Ryley Wealth Management Ltd. Paul has 30 years of financial services experience and has 5 years of experience at St James's Place.
I have known Paul since July 2019 when he replaced my previous financial adviser who had left the firm. I needed guidance in respect of my investments but I mainly needed assistance in respect of Retirement Planning. I therefore authorised Paul to liaise with my pension providers.
Once Paul had the necessary information, he was instrumental in advising me of the best course of action to take and I am pleased to say that I am more than happy with the end result. His help in this matter has been much appreciated.

Our portfolio is managed in great detail by an exceptional gentleman by the name of Will Diggins. We don't see him as our advisor, more a close personal friend who is happy to make the four hour round trip to catch up whenever we feel the need to take advice or discuss future plans albeit currently, remotely.
