I needed a single order (a gift for someone) and I needed it urgently. I messaged them in the evening outside work hours and they responded straight away and were very helpful. I dropped of my item in the next morning and they had it embroidered by the same afternoon. Life savers! Very friendly and helpful staff. Normally they would do large orders but still took the time to accommodate my tiny order. Highly recommended for your embroidery needs

Went today to collect school uniform, definitely best to click and collect, than getting on the day as the queue was all the way outside. The collection side was room on right. Pleasant friendly staff. Entrance is into the business industrial estate, take a right , then a right.

Excellent Customer Service! Left items for embroidery yesterday today I received a text message telling me that they are ready for collection. WOW! The lady at the click and collect desk is friendly polite and super fast.The embroidery prices are very honest comparing to other places too. The only downsize is the lack of free parking for customers.

They are great for school uniform but I wouldn't use them for anything else. After checking online that they would have my product, a size 12 white beautician tunic (the website even say "High Stock") I made my way to the store. After showing the picture and confirming the size the attendant told me that they don't keep this kind of product in store (why not write it on the website and save people's time???). I said no problem, I can order it online and she told me, and I quote: " please, send an email to us first just to be sure." (????). To avoid a total waste of my time going there I then asked for 2 adult white and plain polo shirt. The attendant asked me to try the ones with a logo of another company to save her time going to the stock looking for different sizes etc. Perfectly understandable. I tried and decided for 2 size small white polo shirt. She went into the stock and came back empty handed... "I'm sorry we don't have plain ones at the moment". Are you kidding me? Update your website and write the right information PLEASE!!!!

Paid £26 for a pair of school trousers with small logo (why so expensive anyway?) and the logo peeled off after a few weeks. Wasted my money as I could have bought a nicer pair from M&S for half the price. Extremely disappointed

Got some polo shirts embroidered by SpeedStitch and delivered to Ireland. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and the staff were experienced and very helpful. They recommended very good quality polos within my budget and the embroidery looks perfect. Delivery overseas was no problem. Would highly recommend SpeedStitch.

In store their good and quite friendly... but online the sizes don't match what is written on the clothing... there is no size guide.
If they matched up... I would give 4/5 but they don't... now I'm at work trying to figure out their sizes for trousers which make no sense.

Decent straight forward service though I wonder what the old woman's problem was. We were shopping but her reaction to me and my kids was questionable. She treated us with suspicion, disrespect and made us feel unwelcomed. The other staff were very good and had excellent manners customer service and products knowledge. The older women let them down.

Was sold incorrect tie for walthamstow school for girls. My daughter was told to take it off on her first day. .. was very embarrassing for her. apparently lots of others were sold the incorrect tie from here too! Managed to get the right one now from another shop.
