Waited almost 7 days for a logo to be printed on my daughters school jumper and P.E shirt. I kept phoning to find out if it was ready I was repeatedly told they will call back in 5 minutes which they never did.
I phoned again today, I was told by someone it was ready and I should collect it. I just turned up they said it isn't ready the person on the phone made a mistake.
They also messed up the logo on the blazer. My daughter tried one which fitted perfectly but they printed it on the wrong blazer which was 2 sizes too big.
Usually they are good but this time I received terrible service.

We used SpeedStitch for our year 11 leavers hoodies. They offered a fantastic service and the staff were extremely helpful. They kept in contact regularly regarding the design of the hoodie and were very accommodating of any requests we made. We were given sample colours and sizes for the students to try and the online ordering service made the whole process a lot easier to manage. I would definitely recommend SpeedStitch as a leavers hoodie provider.

Bought a couple of ties for my son, I received the wrong ties, I then emailed them. Never got an answer. Finally I decided to go to the shop, they made me wait about 10 mins before being serve although there was no one there.
