I received more help than I expected learnt something I didn't know and all because they appear to love what they are doing there they are so nice that now when I think ???? (About it) it's annoying that management should put up a clear shield for them so they don't get a cold from customers then I can't keep using their fantastic friendly service ????

My father who is nearly 80 called Repco in the morning to put a hold on some oil. When he arrived to pick it up, the staff member at the counter said that he had sold it to someone else. Is this Repcos policy? My dad said he will never go to that store again. If you call a store to hold something, they will almost always put it on hold for you.

My Dad has visited this store a few days ago to buy some small globes for his trailer. They have all sorts of globes to suit all makes & models of trailers. Very helpful staff. It gets really busy on Brighton Rd where they are situated. They need more car park spaces.

Just went to Repco at Brighton and the people there were fantastic! Was served by Joseph and he was great! Incredibly helpful considering myself and my dad dont know anything about cars. I had a blown headlight on my Mazda 2 and I had no idea how to fix it but Joseph ran through everything and helped us replace it. We were really lucky they weren’t busy at that particular moment because it meant we had more of their time. Will definitely go back there again! 5 stars!

Decided to service my car last Saturday morning, so went to the nearby Repco shop. Wasn't sure exactly what I needed, so had to ask advice. I was served by an older chap who obviously didn't want to be there, as I found him very obnoxious. I phoned later in the day and spoke with a Steve about spark plug options for my car, and found him completely the opposite. He had them waiting on the counter when I went back to buy them.
