Very unprofessional The way they describe and talk on the phone is just too good and promises the parts are in stock. But once u reach in the shop its totally opposite the parts are not in stock so the frustrations just goes up

It has been two years since I mentioned to Maher from JJ Auto Parts that I was going to write a good review. The engine I bought from him is still ticking along fine. It hasnt missed a beat. The mechanic that he recommended did an excellent job of installing the motor. I'm still a very happy customer.

I ordered a part via eBay at the weekend, the part was delivered by courier at 12pm on the Monday. Amazing quick service! Unfortunately, the part was not the right one. A quick online chat later and I was assured the part would be with me the next day, which it was. Now, sometimes mistakes are made, we are all human and I except that. This company dealt with that mistake, professionally, courteously and quickly and that makes the difference! I would certainly use this company again. I should also add that the part was great value!

One of the worst place to buy parts. If you make a mistake with your purchase they will charge you $20 to restock the item which is unreasonable and ridiculous. Stay away from these guys

Call them ask for a part for my Subaru Forester they said yes we have the car come and get it, drove there 40 minutes and the guy at the counter said we don’t have the car ( even do the car was outside ready for parts ) I waste 1.2 hours only to be told we don’t want to sell you any part don’t know why ?? After they told me to come to the shop !! Bad place if you want to buy spare parts !!

My son picked up a brake light from JJ a few weeks ago. He took the car in, showed the attendant the light and was given the part. All good. When we went to replace the light a week later, we noticed it was the wrong part. No big deal I'll take it back. As the shop front isn't open on Saturday's, i had to take a day off work today (2 weeks after the 14 day return policy) to return it. On returning the part, the attendant advised that there will be a 25% return fee as we went over the 14 days. He also said that my son should have checked the part when he picked it up. Hello if the attendant didnt get it right, then how's my son going to know it's an incorrect part??? It's not the money that im p#ssd with, it's the principal. They got it wrong, then they charge us for their mistake. Go figure.

I paid 10% deposit on $1050 gearbox and when I got theŕe the price they asked was $1000 after Lee took $105 from My account. The Guy at the counter was excellent and fixed the problem. Cheers with Your maths Lee. Great place for Jap Parts though. Everyone else was great.

Ordered a BMW 1 series guard from their eBay store to replace a wallaby damaged panel on my Mrs car. Wanted theirs as it was the same colour code as ours, looked like it came off a nice car, panel seemed straight and clean. Explained my needs and asked for a close up pic before purchase as listing pics were grainy, this car is my Mrs pride and joy. Didn't get sent one as their warehouse is "so big" but thought I'd trust them due to their largely positive reviews. Once the order was placed I got an email asking if I want to pay another $14 for insurance (on top of the $90 P+P already applied) although "We send out lots of goods everyday so we have great experience in wrapping and packaging. We use trusted couriers such as TNT. However, despite of our effort the items we are shipping are sometimes getting damage or lost during transit." Again thought I'd trust them and TNT. Panel arrives "wrapped" in 1 piece of cardboard with the back and front end of the panel totally open (See pics), panel covered in scratches. So I had to get it painted anyway, could have saved a lot of time, $ and hassle by not bothering with any of this.

The camera on my Mazda CX-5 was vandalised (yes, really). Mazda wanted to charge me $1100 to fit a new one. After speaking to Very Helpful Dave on the phone, I was able to order an authentic replacement part ($90). It arrived the same day via courier. Fabulous service with knowledgeable, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement gearbox for my BT50 from JJ Autoparts. I am in Western Australia and couldnt sight the box I had bought, so therefore trusted their word and judgement. Was delighted to see the way they packaged the gearbox and the efficiency of the transporting to the west coast. The gearbox works very well and am more than satisfied with their customer service and price.

JJ Auto Parts were great. I needed a rear door for a Hyundai i40 wagon. Not only did they have the door in stock, it was the right colour and they freighted it to me interstate for a great price. The staff were friendly and courteous (unlike must wreckers I dealt with) and more than happy to help me, even though I'm just a "Regular Joe". I wish I could rate minus 5 stars. We bought an engine for an Audi A4, with promises that it came with 6 months warranty, under investigation, we later find out that it has a cracked cylinder head, which they completely refuse to acknowledge!!! They sell engines without testing them to their trusted customers who have spent countless thousands.. Absolute disgusted with your service, such a shame you let people like Luke and Maher shame your business in this way. We have pursued this matter with Fair Trading and awaiting a response. Be very careful whom you deal with there.
