Fantastic Service, bought part online (eBay Store) that didn’t fit my 1.4 SRi as advertised but LUKE rang me and quickly found a replacement part that fit and sent it out, cost me a bit of cash when the mechanics had pulled car apart to find the supplied part was wrong fitment but JJ’s was happy to help and rectify the issue or it could have cost me much more to source another part at my own expense! ????
JJ’s IS A FINE EXAMPLE OF WHAT AUSTRALIAN SMALL BUSINESSES SHOULD DO WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, THEY DONT TURN THEIR CUSTOMERS AWAY BUT LITERALLY HELP YOU AND BEND OVER BACKWARDS! Many wreckers will sell you the part and that’s it - if it doesn’t fit to bad - walk away from you leaving you stuck.

will not be buying from jj auto parts in the future parts where broken and bits where missing that where requested and told if we get another car in will sent them off . poor packing. when received was all loose in a box that was a big box and was a rip off and poor communication with customer

They sent me an engine that was packed on it's side causing damage to the turbo, cost me about $600 to rectify and they have not reimbursed. BE CAREFUL! WHEN PURCHASING AN EXPENSIVE ITEM FROM THEM.
