Sold the part I'd paid for, but the computer didn't take it out of stock. Otherwise these are my 'go to' online version of supercheap for aftermarket stuff, brand new, cheaper, sometimes better quality and haven't had to wait for ages to get my order ever. Thumbs up guys n gals.

Great company. Was a bit hesitant to buy online as have had issues with returning products on other online stores before. Bought clutch kit but in a rush gave it to my mechanic with some parts left in the box so he wasn't able to use it. The team was very patient and understanding and quickly processed a refund.

They are BRILLIANT!!! Never had an issue, items have always arrived on time, well packaged. I would rather shop online with these guys than use my local shops. Parts & service are second to none.

Buyers be aware..!
I've been mislead, item not received, then received two weeks after the actual delivery date when Fair Trading involved. Blaming the courier or giving nonsense reason everytime follow up and never responded to the request for the purchased item or refund. Telling me to follow up with the courier as its my responsibility. Courier didnt have the item. Staff show no customer care, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm still waiting for the second item. Still no update on it me to know where or if i would ever receive it. Asked for refund no response just gone silence to date. I've bought the part from else where and the car has been fixed. Have reported to the appropriate authorities again so hopefully I would receive the item or refund. Yes Online Auto Parts can be cheaper sometimes but also the same time they only provide cheaper service or you'd never recive what you purchased from them. Your hard earned money can be robbed. I'd rather give money to charity if I knew this company robbing me.

Poor service and poor delivery times. Delivery time estimates are off by about 7 days. No one expects them to be exact but estimating delivery on dates before the item is even dispatched by the store isn't honest. Just go local.

Having to get a refund for a faulty part seems to be a huge problem and the customer service from JOSH is pretty much zero. I could hear him moaning in frustration when I was talking to him lol. I wouldn’t recommend buying parts from this store.

I have purchased a number of products via online auto parts eBay store. Their products always seem to be of good quality. They have always (and most importantly) been quick to get the item posted.
That being said, I recently had a warrenty issue with a small component after 1.5 years. The service team took photos from me and without further question had a new replacement item couriered to my door.
Absolute pleasure to deal with, prices are fair, and postage is FAST! Pretty much the recipe for happy customers all around. Keep up the good work guys!

Called on the 24th of August at 11:20am to enquire about some gaskets I had previously purchased from Online Auto Parts. The guy who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and VERY unhelpful and said they cannot get them and don't have them. So I hung up and called again 5 minutes later and THANKFULLY a much nicer worker answered the phone and ordered the gaskets for me. Very good customer service except for this 1 guy that works there who is always rude.
