Very disappointed ordered many parts until my recent order i ordered engine mounts for a falcon and apparently had to order them now been a week and still nothing no calls to update me when i placed order in store they told me they would be 2 days max i waited 4 days gave them a call couldn’t give me a idea when they would be there still waiting i was told anyway called yesterday and said they’d call back no call back called today waiting all day for a call back nothing just called now and apparently they hoping my parts come tomorrow now this is beyond a joke i’d understand if it was parts for a import or a non common car but a falcon will not be buying again
will go to supercheap they could of had them next day

Tried to ring up and see if they had stock and that a set of springs would be the correct fit but got met with nothing but rudeness from the man that answered the phone. Spending alot of money for a set of springs that we were unsure if they would fit. My husband and I thought it would be better to ring and speak to a physical person but that is obviously not how this company wants to run their business. Will definitely not be recommending these guys to our fellow 4wd enthusiasts.

Rang up corep to order a left hand front brake caliper and they wanted $1089 upfront before ordering it. Wouldn't take payment over the phone either... called these guys and was no trouble at all at nearly 10% of the other price quoted. 10/10 service and strongly recommend. Thanks guys

Email to check part, told correct. Was not correct, told car had been modified which is not true. Order same part on another website and was correct so your system is wrong. I lost out out postage which wasn't refunded and I included return postage tax invoice as it was not my fault was these and their system, I emailed to check part to ensure this didn't happen. When you received return items, did email to say not refunding postage, just didn't - surprise.

You get what you pay for. BOTH lower ball joints have failed in less than 3 months.
Edit: I tried for warranty and was told grease leaking from boots is "normal they've just been overfilled" and that "some ball joints just feel loose in the socket"

I bought a item definitely not same as the picture when it arrived,
The picture was missleading also there was nothing stating that it would not show up looking the same in picture
I rang to rectify the problem long story short now im stuck with something i had no idea i bought because it was nothing like the picture or described
Cheers online autos for the wrong parts
I personally wouldn't waste my time again trying to save a couple bucks lol the headache wasn't worth it
