Too expensive and they make my life difficult to withdraw my money. There are so many better platforms to use, they have just the brand name.

The Platform seems easy enough to use and there are lots of information sheets to consult to make your investment choices. But the customer service team are pretty ignorant about the most basic information and promise to get back to you and then don't. I also don't like not being able to buy non FTSE stocks on the platform. Everything is either Funds to cover global economies, or EFTs. All the shares are just British based.
