My experince with Fastinvest got off to a good start. The system is easy and intuitive and I quickly setup an automatic investment strategy.
I only experienced problems when I wanted to withdraw funds from my account. This was met with delays and flimsy excuses. So far over a month has gone by without Fastinvest being able to give any kind of indication of when or even if I will ever get my money back.
I strongly urge caution here! The promise of 18% return on investment seems to end up being a 100% loss.

I have used the platform for the past 2 years and I am an happy customer of Fast invest. Never experienced a problem till May of this year as they were not able to process 2 pending payments. Anyway last week they where finally able to process and complete the payment. I hope the situation is now normal again and transactions will be processed in 3 days as it was in the past. Overall the platform and customer service are one of the most efficient in the p2p market

Fastinvest started out very nice.
But since the coronacrisis everything has changed.
After not getting any repayment for more than 7 months, they finally started repaying the loans in December.
I made a withdrawal in december and still waiting for it. If i ask why this is, they say it has to be done partly by hand and they are working on it.
They won't let me know wich withdrawals they are currently processing.
Also, you are not allowed to take all you momey out in once. The system just refuses it and gives you a maximum amount you can withdraw in a certain time period. This means you have every month a small withdral instead of you are able to withdraw all you money at once. Also there is a maximum amount of withdrawals you can have before the first one is processed. This will only slow the process.
This really looks like a scam and Fastinvest hides behind the coronacrisis and the strange market behavior. Coronacrisis has been here for more than a year now and still they haven't sorted this out yet.
Other platforms just send your money back within a 1-3 workings days, why can't fastinvest do this?

This is simply and plainly a scam, most likely a pyramidal scheme. I requested a payout back in July and still waiting for my money. They don't even pick up the phones anymore. Anything to say Fastinvest? Ever planning to give me my monies back?
Update, I have now received a small amount after more that 9 months waiting.

The idea is good and in the beginning i was very happy with Fast invest. But know they change the date of repayments so i have not earn for about 2 months. And they still change the dates. They do not inform you about it. So the money i have invest in this platform i have lost it. So do not invest in this company.

Do not put your money in Fast Invest. You have been warned.
They will hold your money hostage, after alluring you with sweet sweet and so very artistical promises of "18% ROI" and "the art of investment".
After you've given them your money, you will now only be able to withdraw it at THEIR discretion.
Currently that means you can only do withdrawals of about 50€ every 15 days, in which they charge 1,5€ per withdrawal operation.
That's a 3% fee for every withdrawal!
Don't believe me? Want proof?
Go look at bullet 5.12.3 of their "Fast Invest Webpage Agreement".
If you can find it that is.
There's a reason why there is little to no information about withdrawals (they call it "payout") on their FAQ.

These terms were recently changed without any prior notice to customers.
I am no lawyer, but I am pretty confident this course of action is even not allowed within the EU.
These were not the terms I accepted when I first registered.
Do yourself a favor, and do not get involved with these people.

PONZI SCHEME - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
no matter what the customer service team writes, do not listen! this is a scam company, most likely a ponzi scheme, and take clients money, you will never see it again. I am unable to withdraw even a small amount held on customer balance (not invested).
NOT FCA registered, and the Financial Ombudsman will not help you (even though Fast Invest's complaints procedure says they work with them!)
After exhausting all avenues to resolve this directly, I have now referred this matter to my solicitor in Lativa to work with the local authorities.

The worst Peer to peer lending platform compared to the others. Everything takes ages. You have to contact them all the time. The are out of office on normal working hours. I want to withdraw but my documents are not satisfying. Amazingly, same documents were enough for the other companies. Now that documents are alright, withdraw is a problem.. because I have to add a bank account. But the only way u can add is by deposit.. are u kidding me ??

Requested a withdrawal since April, 2020 No money back, slow reply, account was verified, now need to verify again, it looks like they steal your money, then your data before an scam exit!
When i created an account, they said they accept non-EU, now how the hell I verify? The list is only EU.
Scam!!!!
In August, Fastinvest report my review on trustpilot is fake. This is ridiculous, they keep my money and remove any real review!

It started out great. But some things are just too good to be true.
Waiting on a withdrawal since February! After several emails still nothing happened besides a few sorrys and "we're working on it".
In a reaction to another bad review they mentioned they're doing the April withdrawal now. So where is mine of February?!
Fast Invest shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a company!

Great lads working there - always spot-on customer support with new loans and interest rate.
In fact, it's 18%. However, recently they had certain issues with payouts that got me worried - I got a call from key account manager Alex who took customer support to the next level with cashback campaign! More than happy to recommend it to everyone.

Everything works fine on this platform, except for payout! I read here they are slow to process payouts, but with me, they seem to have found a way to remedy that: Refuse paying out all together!
While having the exact same documents that have verified my account for literal months, they unilaterally decided my verification was insufficient and I'm locked out of my account. This seems like a dirty trick to scam people out of their money.
I threatened Fastinvest with legal action if they continue to deny me access to funds that are legally mine, they still have more then a week to respond.
I will place updates
Update 1: As you see, Fastinvest has a reason for suddenly throwing out the bank letter (with some financial information covered) that worked as proof of address for months. They could not point to a recent change in legal requirements, the update was just 'internal procedures'. Communication with customer care revealed Fastinvest does not feel your investment is really your property and they may withhold it whenever they feel like it.
DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY TRAPPED HERE

Deposits are very quick. 1 or 2 business days.
Withdrawals took a bit longer, 10 days max.
Been invested for more than 18 months now... very happy with the investments... but as with every investment there is always a risk... risk that the owner flees to somewhere exotic or the company files for bankruptcy... you never know... if you have 10.000 at a bank it also can disappear... there is no guarantee... here you have at least some yield! That’s why I rate it with 4 stars out of 5. Now with the covid19 situations there are problems everywhere... Hope you guys will exist for 10 or 20 years more... I’m trying to compound something here... maybe a London Stock Exchange IPO?? Maybe we can convert our investments into common shares?

After being with Fastinvest for a while, I wanted a payout. It took them two months to even agree that a payout was even possible, and, two months after that, I have yet to receive it. I understand that these months have been trying, but not even customer support is available. I woiüuld like to give a better rating and will do so once I have my money back

UPDATE: 19-7: Still no money received. They made serval promisees by mail but do not pay anything since April. So don't put your money here. Your will lose it for sure!
Made some payout last month. The fist was 2 weeks waiting before it was on my bank account the second took 3 weeks and now waiting over a month and still nothing on my bank account. This is gives your customers a leek on trust about your platform this way. Make the payout such as you mentioned in your dashboard. This is already take a lot a time comparing other platforms but over month waiting is give me the creeps and thinks there is something wrong with this platform.
UPDATE. 9-6 Still now payments received. They promise to pay a.s.a.p for weeks but still waiting for withdrawals from 17-4 and later. Don´t invest here you lose you money

Aangezien de rente bij banken er niet meer is, dan kijk je naar alternatieven. In het begin om te investeren lijkt het platform van Fast Invest mooi door leningen aan particulieren te verstrekken en daar zelf de rente voor te vangen.
Diverse leningen lopen en de betaling naar mijn account gaat prima. Later komt men met zelfs leningen oplopend tot 18%. Nog beter, meer rendement.
Maar ja... Dan komt het moment dat je wilt laten uit betalen. Dat blijkt allemaal niet zo vlot te verlopen. Slechts een klein deel van het beschikbare budget (wat niet in leningen zit) kan uitbetaald worden en wanneer dat komt..? Eerste aanvraag van januari is nu begin april nog niet betaald. De berichten hierover stemmen niet veel goed en het lijkt erop dat wachten nog een lange periode kan duren.
TIp: Investeer je geld elders.

Dit is mijn tweede review. Vorig jaar geld op proberen te nemen uit mijn account wat gewoon vrij was. Duurde meer dan 2 maanden terwijl zei gewoon de geld van de leningen gewoon al terug gekregen hebben. Dit was iets tijdelijks wat ze toen zeiden. Na mijn slecht review hier kon het in eens wel snel gaan. Nu in december ook weer een opname gedaan en nu na twee maanden nog niets. Het is gewoon een niet professioneel platform dat niet gewoon je vrij opneembaar tegoed uitbetaalt binnen 3 dagen wat normaal is. Het lijkt erg op een piramide constitutie dus (SCAM) . Wilde gisteren mijn laatste tegoed ook opnemen wat vrij was €259 maar systeem liet me maar slecht 10% in 11 dagen opnemen. Dus je kunt ook niet eens al je eigen geld opnemen als het vrij is. Dus alle alarm bellen gaan af hier. Ik heb nu gevraagd om mijn account op te heffen en alle bedragen binnen 14 dagen uit te betalen. Ik ben benieuwd hoe ze hierop reageren anders ga ik naar de financiële ombudsman want ik ben helemaal klaar met deze SCAM club.

Zoals eerder geschreven is het inderdaad logisch dat je je geld niet zomaar kan opvragen wanneer de lening nog loopt.
Ik heb tot nu toe nog geen enkele keer problemen gehad en heb een gemiddeld rendement van bijna 15%.

He empezado a invertir en Fastinvest hace 5 meses y estoy muy satisfecho con la plataforma.
Es fácil de usar, en todo momento puedes acceder fácilmente a las funcionalidades de buscar préstamos para invertir, ver resultados de mis inversiones y acceder a los detalles de mi cuenta o contratos. En todo momento sé que está pasando en mi cuenta.
El Autoinvest funciona general – he creado varias cuentas con diferentes parámetros y de momento no he tenido que preocuparme, ya que veo que funcionan solas.

Meer dan goed, al die reviews hieronder zijn van mensen die niks lezen. als je je geld uitleent voor 1jaar kun je het niet binnen 2maanden opnemen goh wat raar. en in Corona tijd is er inderdaad een stop gehouden. Ook gewoon gecommuniceerd en is nu weer hervat. als je meer veiligheid wilt moet je lekker gaan sparen.

Dzień dobry od dłuższego czasu wypłaty są przesuwane opóźnienie ponad pół roku pisząc do nich kiedy będzie realizowany przelew dowiaduję się że wkrótce bez najbliższej daty.
