Never have I encountered such people and hope never to deal with them again.
Agents we have previously dealt with in the past have been cooperative to our needs friendly and understandable. This company was the total opposite.

terrible company, left us with no heating amongst other issues never replied to calls or emails. Even Tried to take advantage of us as students at the end of the tenancy - avoid! They will ransack you for every penny you have for minor faults and stuff that doesn't even need replacing.
