Poor communication. Only give good/unrealistic news. If there's bad news you won't hear it.
Tried to get out after just six months. Another six months later, and I managed to get out a few pounds up (£6.24). One of the loans was written off and another one is still in default, but expecting to see that money back.
I'd look somewhere else for investments.
