Service is very bad. No good communication, people who answer the phone are very careless and can’t take a responsibility. I asked to change my address and send the certificate to the new address, the person who answered the phone said to send a email mentioning the new address. I did what he asked, but didn’t get a response email. I called two days later again to confirm my address , a lady answered and said She didn’t get any email maybe her colleague did and don’t worry it should have been corrected. Today I called and asked about the certificate and they said it has been posted to my old address. Very poor service. I have to go through some trouble to get my certificate and there is a chance of losing it as well. These people are messing with other people’s money.

Very arrogant and rude staff, refusing help and explanations even after you pay them for training, doesn’t matter how long you are chasing them, they always will try to hide behind some ridiculous reason why you don’t receive for what you paid off. Don’t believe to any single word from this people, if you need SIA training - BS security will take your money and then you will be left without certificate.

All I can say is I got tricked by this company by paying 160£ for the course and still no results. Lies after lies followed by excuses and they still didn't issue my certificate and I was examined in 14 December 2018, funny enough my whole class failed at unit 4 which is retarded and impossible unless... Don't even think about contacting them... Small family scam, waste time money and energy!

The course is made simple and straightforward by the lecturer (Maniel).Very funny guy with straight to the point teaching. It's unfortunate that ordinary writing materials like pen and paper are not provided for students. The environment is good with enough room for pratical part of the course.

I have never expected and experienced such a hustle for my refund for a month and still fighting .
I booked a door supervision course on June 20. They haven’t got enough delegates to run the course, and the course postponed for the week after. I told them I can’t take the course anymore because i can’t ask for 4 days of again from my company.
I was told i will be refunded however, it has been more than a month .i spoke to almost 3 ladies on different times regarding this issue still nothing happened .

The teacher which one was teaching us cctv course was so amazing he know perfectly how to teach how to communicate with the class he make always in the point so is easy to understand him...

The course is well taught and extra help is provided however the office staff could improve on customer service and the manner they treat customers. They actually have more branches however they do not make you aware of this which lead to long distance traveling when they could have referred to a closer branch.

If would not be for Mr. Patel, this company would get one star if any... Marketing catch is something that I feel like I'm to old for... Not perfectly convinced by the idea of multiple locations- which in RL is ONLY ONE location... - I couldn't be more grateful for the OVERALL experience of CCTV Course Training thanks to ''Mr. Manny'' - a Brilliant Lecturer and Educator, that happened to be also an Entertainer, Motivational speaker and a Life Coach - besides of the uncommon knowledge and security industry experience- very PROFESSIONAL in all what he was doing.
No action without a purpose and the honesty that you can sense from the first hour.
Thanks to Mr.Maniel Patel vel ''Manny'' those three days/30 hours where a pleasure not pain, no single minute of boredom with a very professional high level of passing the information and knowledge.
Thank you and I'll definitely come back to do more courses.

Took a CCTV course with BS Security - The Instructor was very helpful and teached in a way which makes it easier for you to learn & understand. If everyone Instructor was the same everyone would enjoy the classes whilst learning at the same time. However on the admin side of things the Receptionist staff need to learn customer service skills - very rude to paying customers over the phone especially one of the ladies who works there no manners at all told me “ I do not have time to talk you.” They also changed my venue with less than 24 hours notice refused to give me and my friend our despoit back basically forced us to travel to NW10 instead of Enfield with only £10 discount. Also promised Free car park and when you asked for a premit they tired saying who told you that. Very hard to find car park spaces near to venue.
