I would like to share with you my experience I recently had with BS Security.
I attended the class for Door Supervisor with them last month and I would like to mention Françhois the trainer who taught the course. His passion and his style of teaching was amazing and unique. Very professional and engaging. He taught us about the subjects but not only: by sharing his experiences with us he prepared us for the new role as Door Supervisor with a more hands on perception. It was a really enriching experience and I would like to say thank you for everything he taught me.
I do recommend this course: at BS Security all staff was very professional and helpful

The venue was moved last minute for valid reasons due to Covid. The teacher Mr. Francois Kashema is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable and helpful. He is such a wonderful and inspiring teacher who brings out the best in you. I would rate this course 5 Stars because of him. The reception staff were also helpful and friendly. I will have another course with them and will surely look forward to be doing more courses with them in the future.

Surveillance (CCTV) course which was done on the 20th -22nd of may 2019.
All my email correspondence to the reception and office was never replied .
Please can you confirm the Awarding Body your centre is accredited to for delivery Level 2 course in cctv.
I need full details of Awarding body name/website and telephone for CCTV so that i can apply for certificate replacement as individual learner

A four day 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ‘Door Supervisor’ training can be as hectic and tiring as one can imagine, but that was not the case with BS Security at Park Royal. I really enjoyed my time and learned so much more than required for DS badge. I especially would like to appreciate Franswa (Our Trainer) who made the lesson fun and informative at the same time. I would recommend BS Security for their professional and fun approach for learning security courses.

They cancelled my course cctv and door supervision 2 times . BS cancelled your booked course and give your different locations
I ask for my full refund of booking 175 pounds
Which they haven’t replied to give me back yet .
I shall make a complain I have all their emails and I will take them to court.

I booked course for door supervision and got cancelled for the date. Then I was told due to covid 19 they not doing door supervision course so put me on security course, which I didn't needed to do.
Everytime I have to speak to only number they have you cant get hold of them. When you do the only reply you get is send us e mail and she is alone the office. I have sent hundred e mails but never got any reply.
I am fighting for my refund for past month or so.
I request all you not to book any course with them. These people are scam and only want your money.
The receptionist is rude and always will put phone down on you. And comes up with same excuse I am alone here and busy.
Please avoid to book any course.

I'm sure if you booked the course and the course was run at the chosen location it would be fine.
However, if they change the location (the day before the course is due to start) and you are unable to attend. Good luck getting a refund!
When you email chasing it up, they never reply. When you call, they say its being processed but 10 days later its not refunded.
Avoid booking a central location - as they don't run them..
They seem to only run the courses at Park Royal..

I enjoyed the course, was challenging but not overly difficult if you pay attention and read over your lesson notes. Highlight of the course was definitly the teacher, Kevin Hyde, he made the course interesting and told some funny stories about his in-field experiences.
*Venue wasn't great, but easy access to transport, shops and restaurants

I'd I could give them 0 stars I would. This company should be removed from the face if the earth. Very rude staff, dont even know about their own policy. But the worst is that they only have one centre from where the operate, that's park royal. They will advertise that they have available courses every where, but once you book it you will receive a change of venue email stating that they don't have enough delegates. This is so they can lure people in and take their deposits, hardly any one will chase a refund for a deposit and will just continue with what they are given. Bunch of thieves and liars.

Mr Kevin Hyde is very professional in teaching with load of examples from his experience as security officer for over 25 years. It helps alot to get know and learn things off him. The place itself it not comfortable building is old with hardly any facilities. Prices are decent I guess but then again you always find better prices after you paid and done your course!!

Too bad...to be honest the customer service of Park Royal branch is so bad...the staff at the desk don’t know what to say because of lack of knowledge..my husband did take a course for door supervisor he failed just one subject CONFLICT subject and paid £50 to reappear for the test and was told to come on 11th October 2020 n when he went there he was been told you can’t sit today u have to comeback on November first week n now when today he called up to book ..the ladies on the phone doesn’t know what to do and act dumb...

I can say about Kevin that it’s a good teacher, but the venue it’s completely disgusting, especially the kitchen and the toilet. They don’t even have a cleaner to clean that place on time and to provide toilet paper. The place it’s very old and under the acceptable standard. Looks like it wasn’t clean for months.

I've recently completed a course with this organistaion, I wouldn't say it was my preferred choice and by being on the course I had my reasons. The trainers are either very laid back borderline bored with teaching or not getting paid enough or they have no subject knowledge, especially one particular trainer where his English was very suspect, his method of teaching was suspect, subject knowledge was suspect. I don't think this company will be around for much longer considering that I didnt learn anything besides from the things I already knew about the industry because of my experience, students were conferring answers through the exam

Asked for refund while they took payment during pandemic and keep cancelling courses and in the most disappointing disgusting awfull rude way they refuse refunds because of pandemic!!! But they can lie to people and take payments during the pandemic!!!

My personal thanks to Kevin Hyde who was my tutor on a door supervisor course (May 2019).
Kevin is a great teacher, very clear spoken english kept the whole class engaged and made us laugh and focused at the same time.There was never a dull moment. I passed 1st time with all the friends that i made in class.

Friend of mine recommend it to me for security training, I sign up with other company , now he is waiting for over 30 working days for exam results and nothing. From other reviews I noticed BS security is under investigation from authorities, probably they have done some fraud. Avoid it, find another company, I already got my license and I’m so happy I didn’t sign up with BS security

I would give 10 stars to the teacher, Kevin Hyde, and NO stars for a facilities-never see so poor facilities. Far a way from North Acton station, NO WATER for the class, suggested to drink from the tap in the dirty kitchen area,no place where you can have your one food, NO TOILET PAPER!! Disgusting toilets
All messy, 16 people in one tiny room..well,is it London 2019??

would give no star, they (bssecurity) were more than happy to take my money, its been far too long for one course papers to be checked, I did have a job lined up but now lost it because the team of the company can not be bothered, they didn't send my paper work off on time no they held on to it, and now no one knows where my work is, their awarding body BTEC pearsons have told me I'm not on their systems, and sia home office haven't heard of me. this company is a scam and I and my family and friends will not be going with them again, ill look forward to seeing their reaction when I do get my money back.

They took my money in advance then only to cancel with less then 24 hours notice for first course then they can cancelled the second course. Followed up and requested refund of deposit with emails and phone calls by have never been acknowledged. Spoke to a girl called Nemo very rude and a liar and finally she hangs up my call so she can scum other peoples money. Do not book with this company. Or be prepared to have your time and money wasted. Going to trading standards now.

The course was extremely well delivered. My course tutor (Maniel Patel) was very clear and thorough when explaining the course material to the class. He was also very approachable and friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to ask him for help and extra clarification on any topics I was finding difficult. It was clear that Maniel genuinely wanted everybody to do as well as they possibly could and did everything he could to help us learn in a great team environment. I went into the tests feeling extremely confident as a result of the great preparation and advice that I was given. I would highly recommend the course and tutor to others who are interested in working in the security sector.
