DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My son in law is selling his apartment. The buyers are using Bond Adam's to carry out their conveyancing. After hoping for a completion date in March and April it has still not happened. Bond Adam's have received all they need to exchange contracts. They never get back to the sellers phone calls or reply to emails. They request documents that are not required and do not appear to know what they are doing. If you are looking for stress free conveyancing and a swift completion AVOID these Solicitors.

Had a failed transaction in 2020, stuck with Bond Adams for the next purchase/sale. Ibrahim khadri and his team (Fatima & muhammed) are fantastic. Communicated with us every step of the way. With all the issues that arose due to being in such a long complicated chain, never did we once have to pick up the phone to chase our solicitor for anything. Ibrahim knew our time scale and made sure everything was done on time. We had full confidence in his team to work towards our dates.
Everything was explained very well. Could not find any faults in the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Muhammed and the team provided an exceptional service, expert advice and kept us informed at all stages. We had a terrible time trying to find a conveyancer who is able to complete the purchase of our house that we had bought at auction within 28 days. Despite the COVID and lockdown restrictions, transaction completed without any problems and completion happened when Muhammed said it would. We were delighted with the service from Bond Adams and in particular the wonderful Shameela. We had a terrible time trying to get our bank (HSBC) to remove their interest from the land we had sold at auction so that we could complete. Shameela was dogged to say the least, and gave my parents very regular updates and constant reassurance, all the while communicating with the buyer’s solicitors to make sure they did not pull out, and chasing down HSBC. We would not hesitate to recommend Shameela and her colleagues for conveyancing matters.

If you are looking for a reliable group of solicitors then look no further! I have received impeccable legal services from Bond Adams over the years.
However more than ever before on this instance, for my family and I were taking the step of buying our first property. Naturally we were anxious with all the paper work and legal jargon involved. Muhammad Gaffar not only worked with us diligently throughout the whole process he also made a potential stressful time into an enjoyable experience whilst maintaining his professionalism.
A true gentleman who not only knows his field but has great character and mannerisms.
Many a time where deadlines are involved communication is key, knowing which stage you are at, and how far you are from completion, Muhammad Gaffar was calm, composed and patient at every juncture despite me calling a number of times in one day, he never once showed any frustration and we felt we were the most important client to him, others have also echoed this feeling too when dealing with Muhammad Gaffar.
Also, I would note that having an eye for detail is very important in such matters and had it not been for Muhammad’s checking through each document that came from the vendors solicitors thoroughly and rigorously we would have lost a lot of money.
In summary I would highly recommend the team at Bond Adams for their level of experience, service and keeping their promise on delivery.
