Having recently accessed services from Knightsbridge Solicitors, Nottingham. I highly recommend the prompt, thorough and highly professional service we experienced in our case. From start to finish, Mr Shuiab Khalil was amazing in answering all our questions and worries. He went beyond in keeping us in the loop of the whats, when’s and ifs. They dealing with 5 claims arising from non fault accident and since our medical examination in October 2018 they can't seem to rectify mistakes on each and every one of reports despite us informing them . I think the examiner didn't understand English well enough , feel frightened to talk to Knightsbridge solicitors , they are hardly available every time you call them , very rude and frequently over talk. Very slow paced , wouldn't recommend , extremely poor service .

This firm is absolutely useless, they have no clue on what they are doing its always i will need to refer to my supervisor, phone etiquette is poor and staff is very rude, extremely slow responses to any emails or phone calls. I will not recommend this firm to anybody.

Phoned them a lady answered the phone saying hello. Not even hello Knightsbridge sol. I said his is this Knightsbridge she said yes. Who's this I said my name she said are u a client. ???? This is the most awkward convo. Then asked her about weather she can sort contracts out and she had no clue. Told me she would have to speak to supervisor and ring me back. Lolol what a joke
