They were based also in Leyton earlier and I remember them from there. Clarkins still have a wide, affordable range of car parts. Staff has knowledge about the car and it mechanical issues. You can count on their advice.

Good parts shop, always 5 stars
All items will normally be available for collection in the store within the delivery time stated on the store home page (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Although we endeavour to meet these deadlines for the vast majority of orders placed there can be occasional delays due to forces beyond our control.

Great service and very helpful. I went to get a new number plate for my van. They clearly advised me of what methods of ID would be acceptable. I provided the ID then they quickly made my front number plate for my Ford Transit van. Thanks Clarkins

When my car wouldn't start they helped me diagnose it was the battery and then checked it when the new the one was fitted. Hard to see how they could have been any more helpful. If only there were more places with this kind of customer service.

My bad! previous comment was meant for Stratford shopping center. Clarkins I love you and always have, you listen to me winge, then sort me out, you are by far the best spares and accessory shop, your staff are second to none, and talk with a wide range of experience and knowledge and you have never given me a wrong part, good job you can't see the egg on my face.

We were struggling to find a drive belt for a kia carens which we needed immediately, eurocarparts did not keep in stock, we came across Clarkins, we phoned and they confirmed they had part in stock to our surprise.
So went to the shop to buy it. The staff member was very friendly and helpful.
Recommended this shop. Old school parts shop, local business.

Have used Clarkins for over 45 years which must say something. Always carry a good level of stock for run of the mill items and can order more specialised components within a day or a few hours if you're early. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful (far more so than certain German main dealers!) with fair pricing. It was a great shame the branch in Leyton had to close due to lack of parking which has adversely affected other businesses as well. A great move by the London Borough of Waltham Forest!
