What a find! Lived around here thirty years and only just discovered this gem. Obviously a wait list (for quality) but rapid turnaround, helpful, knowledgeable, no b/s or upselling. Good honest gents. Bike as good as new again!

I took my daughter's kids bike to be repaired, they found a few things wrong with it but fixed what they could. They were very honest about what needs to be done to the bike but it will be costly and not worth it considering kids bikes are quite cheap to buy but expensive to repair They called to tell me this which for me is Great customer service. These guys are fab at their jobs they are honest and professional.

The best service and so much better than any larger retailers. Gary and Marc (Owners) go out of their way to help you, whether you need a set of number plates, a bicycle repair, set of brake pads etc. their advice and experience is second to none and they always go the extra mile. I would have no hesitation in recommending Auto Store in Winchmore Hill and Gary and Marc, in today's world larger retailers forget the need of great customer service with a smile which doesn't cost anything. Without exaggerating I can't begin to explain what a difference it makes when you encounter someone as unique as Mark he is a true inspiration to others always professional and always goes further and beyond to try and accommodate his customers, a true gentleman.
