We had an Egress window installed that was quoted by Jon Courtney. Jon made a good presentation and we booked the job right away. He followed up and made everything happen timely.
The installers Denny and Lucas arrived Monday morning right on time. Denny reviewed the project with me. Anytime I had a question they were able to explain. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Install went well and looks good. It was completed in less than 1 1/2 days. Basement was all clean, the landscaping was returned to its original condition and they reseeded a small work area. Very professional job completed by a professional team of Jon, Denny and Lucas.

We hired Heilitech to install two egress windows in the basement of our home. The crew left our home on friday, March 6th and told me they were "done" with the job. At that time nothing had been graded, there was a backhoe in our yard, and all the pieces of foundation that were cut from our house was left in our yard. I did not make my final payment at this time because I did not feel that the job was complete. We contacted the office to ask them why the job wasnt completed. We were not contacted back by anyone after our call. On Monday, March 9th I returned home that afternoon and saw that the piece of equipment and concrete foundation pieces had been removed from our yard.
Six days later while still waiting to hear back from someone from the company, it rained. When I walked to my basement that afternoon, I saw that the entire basemen floor was flooded with muddy water. We had 5"-6" of standing mud water in some parts of the basement.
We called the company immediately and were told that someone in management would be contacting us. No one returned our call. The next day the smell of mud was so terrible we no choice but to hire a restoration company to clean the water and mud out of our home. The next week we received a call to tell us they waned to collect our final payment. We explained the situation and were told that two people had been to our house on Friday, March 13th, and they had reviewed the job. No one from Helitech came to our residence on that day.
It has now been 12 days since our entire basement was flooded.
Our family of 6, has been quarantined to the upstairs of our small home for 12 days because the basement is full of wet, muddy and now molding belongings. We have 2 teenagers living out of suitcases in our living room because they can't use their rooms in the basement. Our yard is still a muddy mess, the job is not complete and we cannot get anyone to talk to us.

We had a floating concrete slab on grade at our main lobby entrance that had settled approximately 3". Helitech used their poly foam process and leveled the slab up perfectly to match all surrounding surfaces. The crew was very efficient, friendly and did exceptional work. They checked with me multiple times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great job and I highly recommend them.

The sales rep (Jon Courtney) was very helpful! To start, we had a scary old foundation that was leaking and cracking on 2 sides. He took time to walk through all options and the pros and cons of the options. The was zero pressure to commit to a costly repair. He took the time to help us understand the structural concerns as we had no clue. We worked through the concerns which put us in the best position to stabilize our foundation walls and provide a lifetime guarantee of the structure. We also were provided a solution that would provide peace of mind for when we choose to sell our home. The lifetime warranty is transferable to the next owner which provides the potential buyer a peace of mind as well. The solution we bought was not the most expensive solution, it was the best solution. We can’t thank Jon enough for the service and support through the entire process. When a foundation crack occurred during the cold weather, we called a well known foundation repair company for a bid. We were given a sales pitch and an estimate of $29,000 to add piers to the foundation to repair that crack and a few others none of which ever leaked in 10 years. We already had an appointment set up with Helitech at that time and despite high pressure to sign that day, we wisely waited for Helitech’s assessment. We were advised by Helitech that the foundation was in good condition and the cracks were easily repaired. As well they could set up a monitoring system to check each year to monitor any foundation settling. There was no sales pitch. No pressure. Just a contact name and number when we had made our decision. As well, their estimate was > 4X less.
We ended up having carbon bond crack repair done to several cracks in our foundation. The technicians were very professional, ensuring my house was kept clean and cleaning up when they were done. They explained the process and had me confirm the work. I highly recommend starting with Helitech and for sure using for a second opinion. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I'm writing this review based on the sales call made by Jon and Dylan on Friday, March 5, 2021. Helitech was the fourth company to estimate our basement water issues that we've had for at least 15 years. The first two companies gave us a quote but failed to explain what they would do other than put in a full or 1/2 perimeter system with a sump pump or two. The 3rd company had a great presentation for a 1/2 system with a sump, but would not guarantee the work. Finally, Jon presented the Helitech solution that totally fits the bill. He thoroughly explained how the system would work with its innovative and proprietary products. Since we don't need a full perimeter system, it is still guaranteed for the life of our home and is transferable, as well. Plus, we're excited that it includes a battery backup in case of power failures. Jon has been with Helitech for at least 20 years, and he was training Dylan who had been in operations at Helitech for several years. They were both excited about their products and the company, which speaks volumes for their company as a whole. We were convinced that Helitech is the right choice, so we're even having them install an egress window in the basement to add more value to our home. If you've read to this point, I hope you'll give Helitech a call, because we highly recommend their professionalism. Many thanks to Jon & Dylan for introducing Helitech. This is one home improvement project we're really looking forward to.

We decided to go with Helitech to reinforce our retaining wall after interviewing several other companies. Jon Courtney worked with us to get the best price for the right job and beat the others prices. The recent rain put things back a bit but Angie made sure we were informed of the delays. Between her and Jon they kept me as calm as possible by reassuring us that they'd get the job done. So glad I finally found a company who was honest, up-front and trustworthy! Our basement has leaked since we moved in over 8 years ago and we have had many other companies come and look. I never felt comfortable accepting a proposal until Helitech came out and gave us a bid. Dylan was extremely professional and helpful. On several different occasions and issues I’ve contacted Helitech and have not had a good experience. First time I had an appointment set up and they didn’t show up or contact me. Second time they never responded to my online request for an appointment. And today I called for an appointment for an area leaking around the drain system that a company that is no longer in business installed. I was told that Helitech won’t work on something that another company installed. Definitely will never do business with this company!

I'm writing this review entirely based off of my introduction to the company w/ Brian Cox and his home visit to perform a quote/sales call. I had two other companies scheduled to come out and do quotes later that week, but i was so impressed with his transparency, thoroughness and willingness to listen that i was completely sold and cancelled their appts. This is how a sales call is supposed to go, sometimes people come out and try to interrupt, rush and slap down a piece of paper and get out. Brian had the emotional intelligence to work w/ me on my level and that makes for an incredible customer experience. He should really be getting paid the big bucks and training other people on the team - i hope that's the case. Thanks Brian!

Helitech saved me ~$20,000.00 Thank you!! Randy, who has 20 years experience, came for a quote and said the only thing really needed was the landscaping to mitigate water seepage and then painting. A competitor quoted me $14,000 for a humidifier, landscaping (4 workhours with a shovel and one load of rock), 10 carbon fiber straps ($20k total with upgrade to I-beams). Helitech representative Randy explained the small cracks in the plaster on top of the brick & cinderblock would show normally and just to paint over. He showed me with a level that the wall is not bowing in as competitor said and in fact was about .25" opposite. And he said the bit of water bubbling the paint was okay so long as it wasn't flowing across the floor. He offered a humidifier and told me how they work. Okay, I'm not the smartest, but thank goodness Helitech and Randy are the most honest!

Brian Cox is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in making sure all concerns and issues are addressed. Brian takes the time to make sure he explains on laymen’s terms to make the process understandable. A prior company (rated very high in this area) that I called a few years ago was going to encapsulate my crawl space with a rotten band board! In other words cover up the the damage from the water issue and not even address the cause ! Make sure you call Brian BEFORE you purchase from another company.

They were also able to make it out three weeks earlier than originally projected. Awesome group of guys to say the least!
