This company give a price of the tiles and other stuff differently, be careful, especially when returning items, they got funny, especially the muslim guy with long hair.
On delivery the tiles of 2 boxs were cracked, when I contacted Al murad, they said I have to wait 7 days for the 2 boxes replaced and I had to give evidence via email, so i sent photos of the 2 boxs tiles cracked, after 7 days I called them, they said I didn't send any emails photos of the cracked tiles, I checked my sent emails and I did send to correct email address.

Great range of product and helpful staff member lead to refurbish the whole bathroom with their beautiful tiles. Without the great services that provide, my bathroom would look dull as usual. Make sure you get tiles at Al Murad tiles you'll never be disappointed!

Terrible - avoid
we have ordered tiles and units for the bathroom - on point of sale everything was agreed and they give you discounts. On delivery - tiles did not come in with the delivery only to find out they no longer make it - this is after a waiting time. Later, when units came in, wrong units were sent, completely throwing project out of the window - we no longer have the bathroom of our dreams. Go elsewhere. Even after intervention, nothing was offered - terrible customer treatment.

The lads here are fantastic at what they do, would highly recommend anyone to purchase from them. The Mrs and I were redoing our bathroom, and after recommendation from the sales team decided to go for Brooklyn Grey tiles. We couldn't have chosen a better cut ourselves. We're very pleased with the end result plus the price made the decision even easier

Came here to buy porcelain semi matte effect tiles for my back yard and the boys helped out a lot! The tiles are great for anti slip. Would definitely suggest this place to anyone. Definitely coming back here.

By far the best Tile shop I have been to in terms of large collection of tiles available and the prices. I bought the exclusive Burlington tile in a very good tile. The sale staff really works well together as a team under their managers supervision, Mo in particular was very pleasant and helpful. He made us choose the tiles and gave a very good deal.
Moreover, was delivered the tiles to my house within 2 days and any issues were quickly resolved. So full stars from me.

I have been to many well known leading tile bathroom outlets but have found in comparison that the manager and staff very customer orientated. They consider every angle and cooperate with their customer and consider them as one of their own. I cannot praise the manager enough in the way he motivates his team and their response to him. I had to buy tiles for 2 bathrooms and visited a lot of shops before finally making my mind up that I wanted to shop from Al Murad Hayes. I believe that it was a very good decision because the tiles look exceptional, just like the customer service provided by the salesman, Mo. He was very patient with us throughout the process of choosing from a large variety of tiles and made the matching very easy for us. Moreover the delivery time is extremely efficient (3 days to be precise). So definitely a shop worth to shop from. Thanks for the experience guys.

Very good customer service with attention to offer customers need and requirements. Al Murad Manager Zohaib & team at Hayes were very helpful, offered refreshments, also went beyond the boundaries to resolve demand for discontinued tile as an emergency situation with great team work and promised to even give ex display tiles from store and others from the area. Very satisfied with range of product and good discounts and prices offered. They value customers at Best.....must visit for any type of tiles requirements....

The staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge. The displays are messy, unorganised and intended. They only good thing is that its the cheapest 'large' retailer. They're willing to haggle on price and always offer a discount - ridiculous.
