Used this place for all my parts for years and always great customer service and prices, however trying to return a exhaust as it wasn’t seem-welded properly under warranty and service is disgraceful!! Don’t bother trying, it’s not worth the hassle!
Got told to wait for a call, no call! Phoned them they said to phone in another week, phoned on a Friday and they said come in tomorrow on the Saturday and you will get full refund it’s ready, on Saturday just told no, phone in week, it takes 4 weeks! Tried again after 4 weeks and said all to busy and it’s on system as pending with no explanation, and wait 6 weeks! Now after 6 weeks, still saying everyone is too busy or not there to deal with it. Staff very polite just don’t mention the word warranty or money back for faulty goods as you get the “all to busy and don’t want to deal with it” shame but I certainly won’t be using the company ever again until I get my money back! Avoid!

Went to buy a part already checked pricing on the net this was the nearest to me wished I didn't bothered way over priced got it at 50% of what they asked ,never to return again they'd go bust treating the public like fools.
