They still have a large "Autogas" sign at the entrance, when you get in there is no Autogas. I mentioned it to a lady worker and she said its OK to advertise Autogas because it does not advertise a price??? What a load of rubbish, if you don't sell Autogas take the bloody sign down

The level of customer service at this Shell location was unbelievably dismal today. Amanda was rude and sarcastic because the ingredients listed on a sandwich were incorrect and I asked for either a refund or a replacement sandwich. At first she claimed the ingredients list was correct but curtly said they did not make them so it wasn’t there problem anyway when she realised her mistake.
I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she said they don’t have one, I asked for the name or email address of who was in charge and she claimed there wasn’t any such person. Fortunately Hassan resolved the situation but I was loudly abused by a sarcastic shop assistant (Amanda) as I left the store even though Hassan had resolved the problem.
Fortunately I have a UK fuels card so can use the Esso station immeduately opposite for my 2 - 3 weekly fill ups. Won’t hurt She’ll but will give me regular satisfaction.

I pulled into this petrol station at 10.30pm on the 25/10/2019, as I had issues with my car, ended up staying on the forecourt till just after 8am the next morning, as the AA are rubbish, The staff on both shifts at this garage were super helpful and very kind to a stranded driver!

Worst petrol station that I've ever been in Britian . Everything is EXTREMELY overpriced and they always have either incredible slow staff or something wrong and you have to wait 30 mins before you can pay for the overpriced stuff you want or/and fuel. Never going there again ,that is it .

Usual kind of shell but despicable prices, 2ltrs of milk not even a proper 4pts was £2.60 on the 24/3/16. I understand these places cost more to run given the location but this is just a rip off. Cheers
