Its not the first time there is strong smell of body odour! its only when one cashier is working. Sort it out somehow guys, genuinely couldn't last 2 minutes there.

Paid for Gold Car Wash @£6.99. Machine just sprayed water car remained dirty and dryer only partially dried car. Returned to reception where I was informed only premium has soap according to his list. No refund so no proper customer care or good service.
Went up the hill to Soapy Joe's where car properly handwashed and gleaming for a fiver. Plus this Esso stations fuel is 7p a litre more than nearby Asda and Sainsbury's

Shop door is open at night and no need to prepay any more ???????? Good place to go to grab some extra bits during the night . Big selection of alcohol!! Rude night staff no longer works there. There is a nice friendly guy now

Came in tonight at 9:30pm went straight to pre pay as usual. only to be told by the extremely rude jumped up idiot that was working there you can fill up first. I still did prepay but as walking out I noticed he decided to put his middle finger up at me. I find this extremely rude and I will be paying a visit to the manager in the morning. Safely say I will NOT be going there again after I've paid a visit to the manager. Not even worth one star.

It's a service station, the staff are decent and there's plenty of pumps with regular petrol and diesel, so you'd only have to queue if you wanted premium fuel and they were busy.
Plus you can get Clubcard points!

This place needs 0 stars! The jumped up rude idiot in there charged me for my coffee today even though i didnt have it. I tried to be helpful by telling him it had run out of something and didnt taste right, he proceeded to tell me i was wrong and refused to try it and made me pay. He kept saying 'look love' trying to patronise me! Will never use again for fuel or anything nor will family and friends! Disgusting service my a disgusting little man, who might i add believes he owns the place!

Not the best place to go if you want to fully fill up your tank.

PRE-PAY FOR FUEL FIRST AT TILL BEFORE FILLING UP!!
However i decided not to adhere to those silly rules because i wanted to fill the tank up not guess & be trusted enough to pay afterwards.
Luckily there is another Esso on Harlaxton road in Grantham who doesn't expect you to walk to cashier & pre-pay so they got my custom of £77 & will continue to do so.
I dislike having to walk to cashier & pre-pay & i will refuse to use Esso on London road Grantham due to their rule of not trusting customers.

Avoid this garage during the night shift unless you know exactly how much fuel you need to fill up, have cash and more importantly you want to deal with a jumped up rude, arrogant, mannerless boy.
