Long story short, took my broken Pixel 3a to the shop and they fixed in less than an hour (although they said it would take two hours or so). Very professional and give peace of mind. Although it was a bit expensive (due to being a Google phone repair) at £100, some of the other stores offered almost double the price. Nonetheless I highly recommend this place as they are incredibly professional. Hopefully won't need to visit anytime soon, but if any device needs fixing, this is my go-to!

I used iSmash with courier collection and delivery. I was quite impressed this was all done in the same day!
Courier part was smooth. I had two quick phone calls with iSmash, first to confirm what's there to do, later to tell me they did it.
Will be using again if I'm in a similar situation.

Popped into the guildford branch today with a dead macbook air. I had a good idea what the problems was but without the proper tools couldn't get the back off. The manager not only fixed my issue there and then free of charge but gave me the tool i needed for future use. Fab service, processional approach and couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10. Well done guys.

I couldn't charge my iphone se any more so I booked in at iSmash in guildford. Turns out that even after using compressed air there was lint left in the charging port. They fixed it for no cost and didn't laugh me out of the store. I heartily recommend them.

Really good experience. The guys were very nice and helped me with my problem, a smashed MacBook's screen, within an hour, while at the iStore they told me they would have to keep the laptop for 10 working days!

Very impressed with the service at iSmash Guildford. We were talked through the repair process and options in a very professional manner by Vinton. He repaired my son`s iphone which had suffered water damage and explained every detail along the way. Phone was repaired within a couple of hours and double checked by Vinton before handing it back. Excellent service, thank you.

Took my phone in because of a faulty charging port. They cleaned it and now it works good as new. Didn't even charge for it, but I'd be very happy to trust them to fix any future problems for a price. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Just brilliant. I had been with my iPhone to The apple store in Oxford Circus where the "genius" said they couldn't be sure if I needed a new battery or a charging dock. New battery was £49 and charging dock £139. So I went for a new battery. However phone still didn't charge properly and soon wasn't charging . I popped into Guildford store and he told me he could diagnose for free what problem is. He within hours let me know it was 100% charging dock. He fixed it for a flat £50. Now it is perfect. Why Apple is unable to do this can only be open to speculation . Don't ever go to apple to fix your phone . Go to ismash Guildford. I also went in a few days later as I had lost charger for my Megaboom. Chap there had spare ones in draw and gave it to me entirely free of any charge.

Terrible customer service, the manager really doesn't care. I had half my phone replaced for a huge amount of money, they ordered the wrong colour and then refused to reorder the correct part, in steady they gave me a minimal discount.
The guys fixing the phones seemed hard working and showed good customer service.

Went in to get a relatively new model repaired and was told they would need to order the screen in so I paid a deposit and left my contact details. Waited a week, then two, heard nothing. Eventually tried to call them but couldn't get through despite trying at different times on different days. Had to leave it for a couple of months then when I eventually had a chance to go back, got the impression that they'd had the part all along. Left my phone with them and they got it done in under an hour. So a good result at the end but a lot of faff to get it.

Went to repair my phone for a smashed screen, and left it with them for an hour and a half to do the repair. When I got there I had a quick test of the phone and the touch screen and it was not working as expected, however the staff at the store took back the phone and repaired it within the hour.

My charger socket was very gunged up and hence my Samsung wouldn't charge.They cleaned it using methods/tools I wouldn't have/know about.This they did in 10 minutes.Tbey were very friendly and genuinely wanted to.help.The charge was very fair.

Phone went from unusable to as good as brand new in one hour at £100 less than local competition.
* Had to update this review, despite having my phone for two weeks, they communicated very poorly and were unable to do a proper fix. When I arrived for collection, having driven an hour, they had closed early! Very unimpressed.
** Updating this review again. This time around I had fantastic service - Anna was very friendly and helpful and had my phone repaired in less than two hours before closing for Easter weekend. Really impressed at the speed. The price was also cheaper than quoted by the official Samsung repair team.

Great service & Speed - Went in originally a few months ago for a replacement iPhone screen, and went in again recently for a screen diagnostics. They fixed it within an hour and didn't charge on my second visit as they offer life time guarantee on their screens.
I don't know what else they did to it but everything has sped up now and buttons are faster and more responsive. Brilliant!

Took my daughters phone to this store as the camera had stopped working - left it to be fixed after being quoted £29.99.
On returning 45 minutes the technician gave us the good news - the wire had just come loose - he had reconnected and there would be no charge.
Really appreciated the honesty.
If we have any further problems with the families “devices” this will be our first port of call.

Took a Samsung S7 in for a screen repair, the phone turned on. When I came to collect the phone they told me that it needed a new battery also and that they were working on the phone now. I argued that the phone turned on before I dropped it in, the manager came out and said they could ‘reboot’ the battery. Not sure what this ‘rebooting’ is so be careful they will try and do extra repairs without your permission and then expect you to pay. Phone works perfectly now with my screen repair, didn’t pay for the battery ‘reboot’.....

Fantastic, very professional customer service, quick turnaround. I went to 2 shops prior to Ismash and was sold but Stefan's customer service. He said they could fix my phone which wasn't charging in 30 minutes at a cost of £40. When I returned my phone was fixed and fully charged and the cost was just £29. Will recommend to anyone. Great, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff in the store. There was a bit of a waiting time involved in dropping off and collecting my device but that's too be expected with a smallish store.
It's worth noting that iSmash isn't the cheapest repairer locally but they are very good and will also price match!
Update: I've had to go back to the store as the screen want sealed at one end of my iPad which seems like a bit of a fundamental error when re-assembling the device.
