What a fantastic bunch of people!
Came in to repair/replace a loudspeaker and walked out 20 min with the phone repaired free of charge as there wasn’t a fault, only required cleaning.
Always used sanbei in Guildford for my phone repairs, they are attentive, honest and trustworthy.

Popped into Sanbei during the week with my screwed up iPhone 8 and iPhone 6S and iPhone 6 and needed all new screens on all of them and new battery on both the iPhone 6’s with an hour and a half all 3 were done and in fully working order was tested in front of me and couldn’t of been more happy with the service I got from the 2 blokes behind the counter working as a team to make sure I was satisfied. People I would say if you need a phone fixed then go here because you will be satisfied with what the final results will be!

Shopped about Guildford for replacement screen for Galaxy S5. These guys were by far the best VFM. Screen replacement high quality and the phone looks as good as new. Not often one is glad to pay £75 for repairs but in this case well worth it. Friendly, polite staff as well!

Great guys here. They know their phones and you feel safe leaving your phone with them. They use decent parts and provide a quick efficient service. It's the only mobile repair shop I use in Guildford.

Fantastic service. I have no clue when it comes to phones and thought mine was a only good for the rubbish. Went in there and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially Sam who was so polite and explained what needed to be done and the options I had with all the costs laid out. Would definitely recommend to my friends

Polite and helpful staff. Took care that I got the right Charger, and checked it was working. Showed me all the various options for a mobile phone cover for my daughter, and said I could change it if she didn't like the colour.
(19/02/14 - Just to add the charger is fine, but the plastic phone housing on the mobile phone cover has already started breaking up - Still very happy with the customer service, but the quality of that product is not great)

I Popped into this shop on the 20th June and was very skeptical at first about getting my iPhone 7+ phone repaired especially when the lad in there asked if it was ok to get the password for my phone and the fact that it was damaged by water and needed to be sent away made me feel on edge, but he reassured me mentioning that due to data protection we can't go through your stuff and after that I knew I was in good hands.
Thanks Antonio you were brilliant will recommend this shop to all my friends!

Fantastic service!! Smashed my iPhone on a night out, totally gutted. A friend of mine recommended me to Sanbei. They did an excellent job, phone is as good as new. They even helped me pick out a new case and a screen cover so hopefully I don't do this again. Would recommend!

Was very impressed when I took my phone here after a previous experience in a different mobile repair shop round the corner which was disgusting, I was actually welcomed as I came through the doors and then asked what I was I wanted today either accessories or a repair and I said both, after going through the repair options I was then shown the accessories that were applicable to my phone and then shown recommendations as well as some demonstrations with some of the cases on etc, by the time I was finished with with that and ready to go pay for the case my phone was almost ready to be given back to me in working order. Very satisfied customer and will highly rate the staff in this store as they know what they’re doing very professional and also know how to make a bad day into a good day. A++++

Went to Sanbei in Guildford yesterday as we were after a closer, cheaper, more convenient alternative than the hassle of booking an appointment with our nearest Apple Store and then having to traipse all the way there. Sanbei did not disappoint. No appointment needed, even on a Saturday afternoon. A smashed iPhone6 screen was fixed within half an hour (while we did the rest of our shopping) and is now perfect. At £60 it was also cheaper than apple and comes with a 3 month warranty. The lovely young lady who served us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend them. They will definitely be our first stop for all future phone catastrophes!

I popped in to first get a quote about my iPhone screen getting fixed as I previously had it repaired elsewhere and the job that was done was appalling however Adriano & Drew was more than helpful and if I could give more than 5* stars then I would, Despite what some people may say Sanbei is a fantastic shop for all of your essentials when it comes to phone and tablets and if you need a repair at least they don’t steal the components and screws unlike some other shops do in many areas including Guildford.

there are the worst place ive been to , the customer service is good but they ruined my phone as they didn't to fix properly . your better of going to another place and paying a little extra to get it done. they do not use the original parts for the phone or anything ,so your phone will only work well for a couple of days .

i'm the same guy. i still stand with what i said, this shop is not recommendable at all. i went back to sanbei after my back light got damaged after fixing a new screen in the shop hoping to get a change of heart towards the shop but they still failed to take responsibility of what they had spoilt in my phone, and still asking my to pay 45 pounds to fix the back light of my phone which would take two working days making me want to spend a total of 100 pounds out of no where like for real i'm just a student. okay so i left the shop angrily after several minutes of argument then i decided to just go to an apple store in London the next day to avoid any other costs and when i got there what i heard was just shocking and i felt like a total idiot. they said the reason why the back light had been spoilt was because the new screen fitted into my phone by this so called sanbei was a low quality one. you should know who i am by now and i am deeply disappointed. i wont recommend this hop to any of my friends
