Disgusting client support. The phone number for customer support is not working which i brought up with them several times but nor response followed. They also ignoring emails which ask them to create or delete users. Just revolting support will be switching from them forever soon.

Totaljobs is by far the worst job board. They repeat the same jobs everyday for weeks.
When I have technical problems, they cannot answer my questions or provide any help. They misunderstand your problem and provide some ridiculous solution.
The customer service agents promise a call back and never call you back.
The search function is weird. You search for a particular job title and get a load of unrelated jobs.

Worst Paid job posting company on the planet, absolute rubbish application were being sent for a professional position with certain criteria's. None of the candidates matched what i asked TotalJobs to deliver, we paid a stupid £195+VAT for a dedicated account manager and talent search. A good example of how totaljobs work.. advertised for a eCommerce related position i was getting cleaners and lorry drivers applying, the filtering system is none existent should be renamed as TotalFailure
