The most incompetent employees to ever grace the presence of the automotive parts industry in the whole country. A monkey knows more about cars than these guys do, and a monkey would probably be more helpful than the employees at the Brighton Autozone. I’m truly blown away that both of the guys trying to sell me a wheel bearing can’t tell me bolt torque specifications for the wheel bearing assembly. It’s not rocket science. Guess I’ll get my parts from another store from now on.

Not one person that works here is capable of placing an order correctly. Complete and total incompetence. They didn’t even know how to do it. Will never return to this location again oreilly and checker or napa are way better this store is trash. Avoid at all costs

Came in frantic with a dead battery and a gentleman was nice enough to change it out for me with purchase when no other stores wanted to because they were too busy (530pm) and it was about 95 degrees out. Forgot his name but I was very grateful!!!

Never ever ever ever would i imagine car was dead all i needed was a jump, even had cables!! My 5 year old and i sat in the parking lot for 2.5 hours in 1 digit temperatures and no one would help us.

Store employees try, but when they get a good set of employees, we find out the district manager moves the good team players to other stores .. commercial accounts is ON POINT! A++ wish the entire staff was on top of their knowledge and so eager to help the average customer.

I shop here alot and never had any issue. But they should have 1 person that answers the phone all day and the rest at the counter. It seems like they just upset the people waiting and the people trying to call, doesn't seem usefull.

These guys set the standard for bad customer service. Only had one guy in front of me being helped and was taking forever for him to finish. Everyone else was just lollygagging about in the back. Tried to walk up to another table with someone and figured I would be nice and wait for acknowledgement. He would just keep looking at the computer and shout things to another employee. Wouldn’t look up at me or say anything, was like I was invisible. At that point I am the only one trying to buy something in this stupid store. I turn around and see someone who finally asks if I need help. I can’t imagine what this place looks like busy. Would highly recommend going to one of the other auto stores in Brighton.

I"m a dedicated auto zone customer ive only had good experiences with these guys and when something has gone wrong they go above and beyound to correct the problem. Im a truck driver my truck broke down in hudson colorado got a ride to the brighton store they where so nice that they help me put my power steering pump together right there in the store who does that now thats service. To the guy with the cast on his foot and the pretty tattoo lady thanks for all you do what a great experince i had talking and joking with them as we repaired my pump good job guys.

Went in last week to pick up a couple parts. Stood in line for approximately 15 minutes just to get some help from an associate because there were no employees on the floor. There was one associate checking people out and the second associate was answering phone calls and standing behind the desk not helping the customers in the store. Finally after getting helped, the associate told me he did not know anything about vehicles and did not know what part I would need. The associate sold me a K&N filter and some brake cleaner. After getting home, the K&N Filter was not in the box and there was an old dirty filter sitting in the box. I went back to the store approximately one hour later to refund the filter. Again I stood in line for almost 15 minutes waiting to get helped. I noticed the same employee walking around the floor who had previously sold me the filter and I contacted him about the return. The employee did not apologize, did not seem to care and told another employee to take care of me instead of assisting me himself. This is by far the worst Autozone I have gone to, horrible customer service and would not recommend anyone spend their money here. I went to O'Reilly Auto Part in Brighton, much better experience. I was immediately greeted and was assisted with finding exactly what I needed. If there was a 0 star that would have been my rating for Autozone. Lost a long time customer.

I've never had employees mock my choice of perches until I visited this store. (Way to pushy about buying the product "Seafoam") At one point the employee said if the product I was buying Gum out "Ruined my car" don't come complaining to him... Why would they be selling fuel additives that would "Ruin your car"???

I grabbed a set of brake light bulbs and waited in line for ten minutes. The clerk asked me how many were left on the rack after he rang them up. I told him that was the last set. He then told me that they were on hold for a customer. So either this locations employees are too lazy to pull a hold item off of the shelf, or their company policy is for the customer to wait in line to bring it to them. Horrible service either way.

****Update, our situation was handled a manager should have been spoken with. Thank you Raul, James and Ruben. If you have any issue speak with James or Ruben they will take care of you.****On July 28th I called to check about getting all new brake parts (calipers, rotors and pads). I spoke with a lady whom was in the commercial parts I went to pick up the parts and she offered to put it under a commercial account because it was cheaper. We had some issues with getting parts previously.. I did not request it to go under a commercial account and I didn't understand exactly what all that intailed. We purchased the parts and replaced them. Here we are 5 months later my truck is in the shop with defaulty calipers. My mechanic recommend we check the warranty for all the parts we purchased in July.. We come to look this up and we are told that because she purchased it under the a commercial account without the account and the account holders permission there is nothing that can be done... I have to purchase all new parts, even though the parts that I had purchased just 5 months earlier were faulty. I understand this falls on the decision of an employee that convientently is no longer employed there but the facts remain the parts were faulty and I'm left to purchase another $344.00 worth of parts.

I went to return a piece I didn’t need, and the woman working the desk refused to do the refund. Told me it would need manager approval but since he wasn’t going to do it anyway (according to her since she just stood there and didn’t check), she didn’t even let me talk to him. Great, thanks lady. About a week later I go back to the downtown location (where I originally purchased the piece) and they did the refund. Since I’ve never met this woman, I’m going to assume she either has issues dealing with other women or is racist. Pick your poison because I still can’t make out why she refused to do the return when I was able to at another store. I had the receipt and it was within the time they allow to do the returns. A+ for the downtown local even if they were significantly farther for me to get to. I personally have no desire to give my buisness to this location if they want to be discriminatory.
