This Arch is top notch man! I went in to buy an accumulator & the service was fast and easy. I asked a few questions about a new key fob since I lost my old one & they were eager to help. I ended up leaving with a brand new keyless entry key fob programmed to my Jeep & a cool Arch Auto Parts Long sleeve shirt! Chris and Jay thanks again! Ya the best !

My mother’s car broke down on Jamaica Avenue, she felt frustrated and helpless because she barely spoke English and had little cash on her. Luckily, she was near Arch Auto Parts, the counter guy Javed came out and test her car thoroughly. He helped her step by step to get a battery that she could afford. After realizing she didn’t have enough money for a mechanic to change the battery, Javed went out of his way to consult his manager and to get another guy to help change my mother’s car battery. Thank you Javed for your kindness and Thank you Arch Auto Parts for such exceptional customer service. It’s the BEST customer service I’ve ever heard of!!!
