This is at first glance a place full of knowledgeable and competent staff who will take the time to make sure you walk out with what you need. The place is never empty and is always bustling with real hardcore seasoned mechanics which makes you realize Arch doesn't need to do business with the little guys like myself but yet they are open to everyone.

Nice place everybody was cool except for this one guy at the register who seem a bit agitated with us and just passed us off to the next guy Alex, Alex on the other hand is mad cool and helpful I recommend going to him or the manager if you want quality customer service.

I had a very congested day yesterday from conception over a (hub assembly). All of the franchise auto parts store in the vicinity could not retrieve the right part; in which had me exploring queens. I was directed to Arch and upon arrival (MIGEL) was the best. Im taking my time to write this because I believe im NY biggest critic.... Great job...thanks again

Best arch parts around. Staff helped me fix my broken bmw key for a great price. I went everywhere looking for a solution amd this hands down has to be the best parts/auto repair shop in queens. Staff was all very professional, helpful and gave me a good affordable price in the end. Afraz and Rishi were the two people who really helped and were great at their job. I would like to thank them and i would recommend this arch parts to anybody who needs parts/help. Best arch in the area!
