Used to be a great store, reliable parts and service, but they've recently hired a few new people and possibly new management and now it's awful customer service. Make sure you hang on to your receipts as well because the new management suddenly can't find your purchase info in the computer.

We went into store to buy a few things we needed, went to register and had to wait for an employee to come to the front. Which only happend when another customer was coming through front door.

While at the counter checking out, the cashier, who did not begin my transaction and came out from the back of the store, insulted me to my face by implying I was a dog for apparently daring to buy deer whistles for my car instead of just "sticking my head out the window and whistling."
This is appalling and inappropriate behavior from an employee, and it should not be tolerated by management. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

$15 rebate on spark plugs is nonexistent. Website will not allow you to progress to next screen. It's a door opening scam... That's the only reason for 3 stars. Otherwise 5.
