You may get lucky and have an okay experience, but it seems to be a 1/10 chance. One of the staff members is particularly creepy and has been know to act weird to girls when serving. Other than that I have recieved poor advice that ended up costing more when it came to posting my item. Other post offices are better run. It may be a trip, but I would recommend going to the post office in Canary Wharf if you have a chance.

Great, friendly staff. In addition to Parcels/Asos returns etc, they do: Stationery, Snacks, Greeting cARds, Printing Services, photo frames... as well as Post Office "Locals" services such as Cash withdrawals & Travel Money. Also- Social distancing measures in place. RECOMMEND.

I went to the post office today at roughly 2pm. I must say that they were really busy but in my opinion the service was great. Would rate a solid 10/1o their post office was really clean and sanitary. To be honest I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews because my experience was great.

I own an eBay business and I come here nearly everyday with 25+ parcels. The staff are so good to me and are so kind. They never ever get complacent and I've been going to this post office for nearly 2 year. No complaints at all.

Today I visited this Post Office branch for a variety of services. I had to buy speciality envelopes for specific delivery purposes, and I needed to have documents verified. Martin (he had a short buzz-cut) was friendly, patient, helpful and answered all my questions whilst dealing with my requests.

Always received the best service, fast but effective and professional from this Post Office branch since day1, and at that time, my online business was still small, and I rely on Post Office 100%. Not sure why this post office has a 3 star overall rating when it really deserves a 5 star. I visit this post office for the past 20 years, the staff there had always been polite, approach you with a smile, friendly and helpful. During busy times they do their best in serving customers quickly and efficiently. In my opinion, I've seen some customers speaking and treating the staff there with little to no respect, speaking on their mobile phones (shouting) whilst being served with no manners whatsoever. Those are probably the ones who complain and write such negative feedback which does not truly reflect on the customer service there. If the post office is busy and especially during peak times then of course there will be a queue just like any other shops, maybe just learn to have some patience or check online for a more quieter time to visit. I would like to thank each and every member of staff at this post office for their kindness and great customer service.

One of the worst post offices I’ve ever been to. Literally can’t stress how much I would avoid this place. Most recent issue I had was a logbook I sent off (V62) that I paid for and also on top of that I paid for special delivery going there and coming back. So a month later I get a letter from the DVLA saying their was no payment attached to the form they received. So I went down to the post office to hopefully fix the issue. Only to find out them telling me they can’t do anything. After about 30 mins of back and forth I get nothing from them but the same answer “there’s nothing we can do”. So I lost my fee for the V62 and also what I paid for special delivery, and I still have no logbook a month later.
Please for your own sake, avoid them.

They don’t print the QR as they tell you to pay £0.50 more for the label and on top of that they force you to buy sellotape. I’ve paid the parcel online to accelerate the whole process but was in vain. Really annoying!

It's a small post office, so expect to queue a little, especially at busy times. Staff are polite and helpful and I go out of my way to come here over other local post offices.

Would give 5* because everyone who works here is absolutely lovely except the older man with the gold chain and gold rings. He can be a bit rude and I've seen his own colleagues tell him to be nicer to customers.

I sent 3 similar envelopes to London recipients. The officer weighed them and I paid the bill he presented to me. 2 of the recipients had to pay extra at the reception because the postage was wrong. It's a shame. I will not be returning to this place again.

The service here is beyond poor with the exception of one, the woman who is always friendly and efficient. No consistency, ridiculously long queues and poor customer service. And even now when the country is faced with a crisis they proudly advertise hand sanitizer way beyond market value prices trying to capitalise at a time like this, beyond shameful.

Staff is very unprofessional. When I was waiting in line a man came up to me and asked, what's my business in Post office, didn't introduce himself didn't have a badge or anything. I said it's personal as any normal person would say to a random person approaching to what he answered "just stay in the line then" with discusting attitude. Only later I realised that he works in the post office. As there are many criminals and drug addicts in this area, your not going to say "hey, yes I need to deposit cash in my account, feel free to stab me and rob me". Educate your staff and give them name tags with Post Office logo or something.

Update re the current covid situation: this post office is closed for at least the next 1 - 2 weeks. This is according to the clerk who had told us today, as we were queueing in front of the post office (apparently there was a leaflet saying so - but someone had ripped it off - and the hq were supposed to amend the official opening hours - which they have not yet done).

It is very busy Post Office. I use it about 5 days per week. They have some of the fastest and harder working staff.
I did try to use other Post Offices in London, these one is so far the best.
I wish all Post offices would have "Business lane - queue " for us that need to be in and out promptly and have no need to chat.
Staff is friendly, professional and polite 9/10

Always long queues, which isn't too bad if you have a good service afterward. But you wait for over ten minutes and you end up talking to very rude staff. They make you feel like you are bothering them just for posting something. They will always try to over charge you for postage, be wary. Know the price before you arrive or they will squeeze as much as they can from you.
If you can avoid it, try the Jamaica Road or Evelyn Street branches, much more professional.

Never stays open to advertised opening hours. Seems they close whenever they feel like it. Some days I have been served at 19:30, other days on the door it says they are closed at 17:30. Totally unreliable and a waste of precious time.

Just witnessed the big, redheaded white guy, Martin, at the photo / post office counter be incredibly racist towards an elderly foreign man who didn't understand English. He kept rudely telling him "everybody understands English. What's in the package? What's in the package?!” and when they guy said he didn't understand Martin kept repeating himself. Disgusting behaviour. The old man eventually gave up and Martin rudely muttered after him "You're getting old". WHAT ON EARTH?!? I will be attempting to contact the owners to alert them to this man's horrendous behaviour
