Excellent experience from first point of contact, spoke to Christine who gave me the option of reserving the car for £100 (which is refundable) as i was travelling from Coventry. On viewing Paul Rose shown me around the car, and answered any questions i had, he knows his stuff and is a very personable guy, helped me with the buying process and is a credit to the company. I traded in my old car and left something in it, they posted it back to me at no charge. Id highly recommend them.

Have to give 1 as no option to leave 0. Brought a car 3 weeks ago, lies after lies, returned the car after 18 hours for the sales team to have in fact known the issue (faulty gearbox) and tried to make a service guy look bad! And the manger lies too. I would never use or recommend them! Oh and they also violated the GDPR buy telling us to take photos of the log book showing the previous 2 owners details so I could get the cars history that they failed to do! Only 1 key supplied when by law it should be 2. Never would I recommend!

Just say thank you to Paul Rose for such a professional, stress free sale. It's a pleasure to deal with car sales people who are genuine and not trying to push the deal. He was very knowledgeable and found the car that had everything and more i was looking for. Paul always greeted me with a smile and he went above and beyond to ensure the process from start to finish went smooth, nothing seemed a bother and kept me up to date with delivery times of my new car. Even after taking my car away Paul followed up with a call to make sure everything was OK which shows he is genuine salesman and cares for his customers. I bought a lovely mini from this company,these people could not be more helpful,they were fantastic,the car I bought I wanted them to do a couple of things to it which they have carried out,would I buy another car from this company and recommend them to a friend YES 100%,this is not a typical car sales company,when you go in there no hard sell and they give you freedom to drive the car and anything you need they do it,the warranty they offer is the best I have seen,free mots for as long as you have the car..I traveled a 5 hour round journey to get there and well worth it, but you know to me a car is a car but what makes the difference here is the staff..Thank You for everything

Your first time buying a car is suppose to be exciting and happy time but that was not the case with Eden made this experience terrible for me! I brought my first car off them! I was told it would be ready for me on the 25th July on Thursday to be picked then it got delayed to Monday cause it wasn’t ready then Tuesday then they promised me all this things because they had made me wait! Then they rang my dad on the Wednesday and said we don’t think this car is for you! So I Waited over a week for nothing! Then I ask for a refund which I have now finally got but I had to wait 4 working days to get it back but they was quick enough to take it from my bank! But waiting for my money back I missed out on another two cars to view and buy because they had my money! Worst experience ever! Never buy from Eden!!

What an experience! Like everyone else I was shopping for a car and decided to stop at Eden dealiship first, and they didn't let me leave until I bought a car. They were amazing and found us a car that was not even available in Bicester. 5 star couldn't rate them enough everything as done smoothly and explained in detail. We dealt with Lauren, who was absolutely lovely! Highly recommend!!

The sales person was friendly and very motivated in trying to organise the sale. The approval process was dealt with swiftly. 2 issues stop me from awarding a 5 star rating. Firstly, the sales person had not taken the time to check whether the vehicle had any outstanding safety recalls and secondly the way the car was rushed through the cleaning area. I now have to spend 3 days without a vehicle while Ford Buckingham fix the recall's and I will clean the green mould off the car myself because I can't trust the dealership to clean properly.

When I went to pick my new car up I was told they'd found a fault with the cruise control that they hadn't had time to fix. I was assured though that it would be covered by the VW warranty and that they'd booked it in at a dealer, so it was OK to take it away still that day. However, when I took it to VW they said that it wasn't covered by the warranty and would cost over £300 to fix. I went back to Eden a couple of times only to be fobbed off. I regret that I took it away that day, I should have refused to accept the vehicle until the fault had been fixed. It's certainly put me off ever going to them again - I feel like they said what they needed to in order to get me to take the car away as planned and once I had it, they didn't care anymore. It's a shame, because up to that point the service had been good.

If you don't want the basic manual that came with the car and proof of the service history details, then don't bother going to this dealership. If you want just enough petrol to get to a station about 30 secs away then please do. Should never have bought a 9k car and not even be provided with proof of the service history, my fault...But I won't make it again. First step by avoiding Eden.

Though the service received by the team was both professional and friendly I can only give 3 stars due to the fact that when I booked my car in with them I told them that I had a gearbox issue, so when I picked my car up to be told that I had to take it to a different garage because they did not have the equipment to sort gear box issues was really annoying! Could they have not told me this when I booked it in? Still, assuming that it is not gearbox related I would recommend this garage for servicing/mot work.

I bought the car last year and was told it had full service history but it turned up it didn't. Was only sold to me with service last year without being informed about issues full service. I also had one week free insurance from them which didn't work and they refused to help me to resolve my issue. Very poor customer service wouldn't trust them again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Gr8 service from all at Eden. Car even cleaned and vacuumed. Recommendations noted. Only bugbear is they don’t open workshop on weekends which is inconvenient when, as I, can’t get a courtesy car for work without waiting for weeks more.

A week ago stopped at Eden just to browse and decide what car I wanted. Within 10 mins. I chose a Kia Sportage that had just arrived and had nothing done to it. No pressure what so ever from Kian the salesman. Such a jolly friendly chap. Today I collected it without a test drive as well and must say I am thrilled with it. The Eden experience was second to none and could not have been more helpful. Thank you and thank you for my pen. lol

Visiting Bicester site in October after seeing f.focus offered on autotrader. At place I was told that car is not yet on site and will be available for viewing next day. I was looking for part finance so after asking few questions sales man told me to put some money as deposit for finance application so it'll easier to accept by lender. After few hours I've received call from Callum who said that it's accepted but it's not 0% as supposed to be. So didn't want a car then as already price was higher than market value of this model so it finally would cost me more more than 5k for 09 plate focus. Salesman told me, because i haven't seen a car I can get my deposit back as I didn't use finance. Anyway I heard in his voice and after few words that he's not happy of my decision to quit from purchase. I was told that can have my deposit back next day. When I turn there next day salesman didn't want to speak with me but instead direct me to his manager Paul to speak with. Then his manager told me that I can't have my deposit back trying to make me feel guilty for not buying car from them. So it wasn't deposit for finance but standard one in car purchase so I couldn't have it back unless rejecting car after seeing. For over a week I heard that car will be afternoon/evening/next day. I bought car already as my Ill son require immediately transportation to A&E so anyway i couldn't wait even one day without car. On the end I gave up so just lost 100£ but I've seen stories on Facebook where people post that they lost a lot more on deposits than me. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDING BICESTER SITE (maybe other doesn't use had sale techniques as this).

Me and my partner would be given zero stars if we could. Sold us a VW Golf, so called Eden approved to have scratches and crack on car which was promised to be rectified, exhaust hanging in a lower position, worn tyres, one key battery dead, damaged steering wheel button, driver seat belt tough, overheating engine. Waited over 3 months for these to be resolved, told to pick up car after work travelling over an hour and then to find the airbag light on the dashboard. Not to mention the amount of dust in the car, has not been cleaned as per standard service. Do NOT come to Eden Approved in Bicester. I can however say Eden Vauxhall in Newbury are excellent and competent.

My dad took his car bake to Eden Bicester last week as an engine warning light came on and the car was also in limp mode, he took it in as they sold him the extended warranty, they apparently looked at the car and came up with the problem being a blocked DPF they said they tried cleaning it through but it was blocked solid and would need replacing, at the cost of somewhere close to £2500 and it’s not covered by the warranty that they sold him as being the best warranty around ???? I said to my dad to collect the car as I didn’t believe what they was saying was true, I took it to my local garage they soon found the problem, it was a blocked dpf they hooked it up to there machine and set to clean, reset the dpf on the computer and it’s now fantastic drives perfect again, £220 later, Eden was quite willing to take £2500 off my dad for this, I wonder how many customers would of just paid for this, absolutely disgusting
