Visa simple has dealt with our ILR application very professionally and ensured to cover all ends to avoid the possibility of any future conflicts. It can cause a bit of hassle initially to gather all documents however it provides peace of mind being able to provide a strong application with minimal chances of running into trouble. My case was a particularly complex one where I was converting from my organisation sponsored visa to a family visa while I was residing in the UK. In addition we had a few more complications. Sumit advised us through out the process, what documents to submit, how to draft letters etc. He advised us to take the time to prepare the paperwork. Ofcourse I had applied for the premium service but even I was shocked when my new Visa and passport were back with me in less than one week with the new Visa issued. I am quite sure that without the advise of Sumit, not only would there have been delays but there is a very high chance that my Visa request may have been rejected. I am sure we will continue to rely on Sumit's expertise in the future.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Sumit Shome for his support and guidance on every step of the way for our conversion from ICT Tier 2 Dependent to Tier 2 General.
In this pandemic, when our ICT Tier 2 Dependent Visa validity was on the verge of expiration and we have no idea on how to proceed further Sumit guided us on all possible option right from requesting to company for sponsoring Tier 2 General as primary or on possibility of Student Visa. He guided us and calm us down on every freak out we had like my passport has less than 6 months validity. Will it impact the Visa decision as passport renewal before visa was not an option due to covid.
He guided us on everything like RCOS monthly approval date and travelling to India or applying within the country and its pros and cons.
He is a perfect immigration lawyer for any crisis situation. We are very thankful to him for his guidance.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you so much to Visa Simple and especially to Sumit for handling our case.
We knew how complicated it was before we submitted and approached Sumit but we had no choice and took the chance.
I returned back home and left the application in Sumit’s hand. My wife was working and when we gave our paper work in, Sumit said it was not enough and to wait until 6 months. We trusted him and left it his hands. When the time came closer to apply, Sumit was very good where he knew exactly what we needed and if something didn’t look right, he would tell straight away. There were many instances where Sumit kept asking for paper work and until he wasn’t satisfied he didn’t submit the application.
Upon submitting, he prepared for everything, either way of success or failure we were prepared. We were also prepared for the length of time to wait, however consider it luck or just the work and effort put in my Sumit, our application was successful 1st time and before the full time given.
We couldn’t have been more happier and to end this year on such amazing news, without Sumit we were not able to do this and his courage and positivity has allowed us to get this far.
We would highly recommend Visa Simple and Sumit to handle any of our future cases and believe not to be disappointed. You can trust them and look up to them if you require any help as they are highly qualified and very professional.

Well here is my honest opinion for visa simple( actually they need to rename it to visa difficult). They (sumit) have done a terrible job with my application. To begin with, the first mistake they did was they just overlook one simple thing on my COS and because of that i got a refusal from home office. This doesn't stop there, they have done a sloppy work to such an extent that when home office sent the refusal letter, they just couldn't care and when i called them they told me that they haven't received anything from home office. They dont even bother calling home office on my behalf and they just gave me Home Office phone number and i had to call home office and after tracking the package i got to know that they didn't even check with the receptionist. I had 14 days to apply for a new application or to go for an admin review and because of this dumb mistake i had literally 5 days left to prepare a new application(admin review was not an option as they messed it up by overlooking such a simple thing on COS).I had to sack them and hire new solicitor and i finally got the visa but i would not recommend Visa Simple to anyone as they will make Visa Difficult for you.
